Great room service, very clean and confortable. Just few minutes from subway station
Plates and silverware were cheap plastic. There's a church bell ringing in the neighborhood.
On internet they describe a one bedroom and kitchen With everything You need. I booked it and a couple days before our arrival got an email With information and when I had a question I send an email and got answer after a couple hours. So the email worked as a communication. In reality when we arrived we come to a corridor which smells very bad. A little room With oven and refrigrator. Another room With two bed. The tablelamp was broken. You had access to only plastic knife, fork, spoon and plates. We found cocaroaches both Alive and dead between plastic plated. The refrigrator didn't work. It was just a decoration and sounds a lot. Microwave works at least. I emailed first night to the same email as I had contact before and describe our problems. The day after told to made about the things was wrong but nothing happened. There was not even normal knife to cut the fruit. On the second night we had to move from that Place. I emailed again and repeat our problems and inform that since they do not answer in two days we move to another Place and ask for money back. They didn't even answer back. The Place was full of cocaroaches. I couldn't open my bags and take out any clothes. I do NOT recommended this Place att all. We realy loose almost 1000 dollar and had to pay again to find another Place.
Location close to the Q line
Excellent location, near the train stations so you walk a couple of minutes and find it. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. About the facilities, they are well equipped with the basic to feel like home. Also, the cleaning staff was very kind and efficient (she help us a lot !). In conclusion I'll recommend it and if I have to come back I will for sure !
The only complaint that I have is the presence of little cockroaches in the kitchen area (indeed this is a problem everywhere even in our homes). I recommend the owner to try a better product that comes like a gel in a syringe ... it's very effective and last longer. And also, better ventilation to avoid the strong odors that remains when other guest smoke or cook.
Nice place overall.
I think there was a mouse in the bedroom one night.
AC cost bathroom security
baby roaches need thicker blankets
It was infested with roaches, mice. There was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, cracks in the bedrooms ceiling. There is no cable movie channels (basic channels), stove didn't, the maid never honor your privacy. The price is not worst the stay.
That it was in brooklyn near my family I was visiting. ..thats about it
I have stayed at seven day suites 2 years ago .I stayed on the 2nd floor and it was a great stay. This time around I stayed there with my mom.. the room was dirty. .the bed was dirty .. had stains and there was roaches. But the kicker was when I was going to sleep a mouse ran from under the refrigerator. I called the owners and they said what do you want me to do about it. The did nothing but give me one nite 50% off.. the mouse ate through my bag and food. . I couldnt leave faster.. the place charges alot per nite.. there should be no mice or roaches. . I will never go back again and I have lil bites on my body which im sure is bed bugs...
It was cozy and everything works very well.
I was confused about checking in. I thought there would be something resembling a lobby where I could leave my luggage when I arrived a few hours before the afternoon check-in time, but there was just a number that you have to call so that someone would call someone else to let you in. Fortunately the room was free so they let me in and gave me the code for the front door and room. Otherwise, the room was perfect, except for a few insects that somehow got in despite all windows being sealed.
a big apartment, ideal for a bigger family or group of friends, a quiet location with a lot of places where is possible to eat, a quiet hotel, great staff, easy check-in
There were a lot cockroachs, even one mouse :-( In my opinion, it isn't normal for a 3-stars hotel.
Excellent service all around... Definitely come and book again for this hotel ☺
Kitchen facilities ,comfortable bed ,general cleanliness of property ,proximity to Subway stn
roaches crawling around my room
- Not a hotel, it's small house on small street with no parking drove 8 block radius for 1 hour to find parking with no luck. Was told to leave after I couldn't find parking and was still charged the night. - staff was rude
cockroach...too mach !!!
The room was quite nice
I didn't like the fact that as soon as I walked in there were roaches crawling around around. Turned me off
I like the fact that we arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. It's about a seven minute walk to the train the Q takes you to Manhattan and it's not too bad
This place had roaches anytime you turn on the light a roach apeared if you like roaches stay in this place. Also it had a couple a fruit flies in the kitchen and the oven did not work
Very kind cleaning lady Nice kitchen Price Metro is approx 10 minutes walk, it takes 20 min to get to Manhattan
You can't see its a hotel on the outside, that's confusing
Love it very peace full
The whole building smelled musky like a wet mop was used to clean; nothing smelled fresh.
3 bedrooms good for our family with 3 kids, good maid, good linen and towels quiet Parkistani neighborhood with nearby shops and restaurants
Broken items: desk lamp, blind control Kitchen: only paper cups and plates, plastic utensils, nothing to cut with, and roaches every night. Manager: poor attitudes. The bathroom sink stopper does not release and he accused us "why did you press it down" Bathroom: constant plumbing noise
Nicely decorated. Quiet area. Didn't look like a hotel from outside. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Had Roaches! No compensation for having roaches. No on premises reception, everything was done over the phone. No reception answer to call during night. To many codes to remember to get inside building. Check out was just leaving at check out time.
Very inexpensive for New York. Clean. Satellite TV and wireless
Street parking is difficult to find. No "front desk" or staff on location.
Price. Space and layout of the 2 bedroom suite
It's just a house. No signage, no staff bar some guy on the phone who really needs to go to phone school
The layout of the suite.
The roaches that were crawling in the kitchen sink, on top of the stove, behind the microwave, bathtub, floors, and walls. No Parking availability. The large crack in the bathroom ceiling.
