The locations This hotel does not reflect in any way the photos on the Booking.com website. There must be some way in which hotels are forced to update there photographs on the website. We arrived late at night, and walked into a nightmare. We were upgraded the next day, but except for the bed that was made everyday, the bathroom was never cleaned. It is such a shame, since Dave at the office was very helpful, but it would appear as if there is no supervision with regards to housekeeping.

The location is the best. The staff was helpfull, but the place disappoint me. I just spent the late night I arrived, move out next morning. I don't recommend. It's dirty and dated, needs updates and good cleaning . I really feel unsafe. Don't waste your trip. Worth pay more and have 4 star hotel next door.

The desk guy Dave was a really friendly older guy, we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay thats close to the beach and airport and the cruise ship area.

Good large clean room (this was formerly a residential building- 1950's - 60's); refrigerator and microwave; comfortable bed; ample storage space; decent-size bathroom. WiFi too weak to use. Lighting was overall adequate, but impossible for working at the table or desk. Storage/closet/refrig. Area was always dark due to nonworking ceiling light. Bathroom sink not secured to wall. After-build surface electrical wiring in room had plug recptacles not tightly affixed to the wall; this could be dangerous.

Two min. Walk to beach. 7 min. Ride to cruise terminal. One of main reasons why I chose seville for pre and post cruise. Great value for the money. We had the apartment suite and a studio. I would stay again for the future. Location is fantastic. It's right behind the seasons and westin hotel. Dave one of the staff members was great. Quiet hotel and location. Very clean . It's everything like it said it was. I'm not looking for the amenities like the westin. That's not what we were looking for. We got that on our cruise princess. Didn't need for a pool; the ocean is a short walk. We had a full kitchen if needed. I would stay for a longer stay for the future.

Out of all thing, we got 2 beach towels no charge..... (after waiting 15 minutes for it....) no knowledge how to handle complaints or service, no internet service available as promissed.

Small, 60's style, hipster-type bungalow, with the necessities of modern life (micro-wave, a/c, fridge). Fantastic location. The right price (more expensive would be too expensive). I was there visiting friends and needed a place to sleep. It was perfect for my needs. The staff (Dave) was friendly and helpful. The girl that cleaned my room was friendly and non-obtrusive, and did a fantastic job. Parking was available for no extra charge. Just right.

Near to beach (200m) and nightlife, but quiet. Quiet only when turning off of the A/C. Very good parking!!! Starbucks just at the corner. Water Cold, no cleaning of the Room on 2nd day. Reception staff by check-out not reachable, either number not correct and mailbox full...

This is a no-frills hotel, and do not expect modern decor, but it was great value for money and the neighbourhood is fine. Staff were very helpful, everything was clean, and my room had a fully equipped kitchen, in the living room and a separate bedroom. I even had a bonus sea view! Free WiFi was ok, and I had breakfast at a coffee shop 100yds away (though with the kitchen you can make your own if you prefer). Parking was no problem, even during the Boat Show week. Some equipment (AirCon, tv, venetian blinds and the entrance door) suffering wear & tear but worked - not a problem for me. If new equipment/decor is important to you then pay for a more expensive hotel. If you want big flexible rooms near the beach, on a budget, stay here.
