Seville Motel

I loved the location. Staff was very nice and helpfull. If you are looking for a place you can come back to and enjoy a nice cold room to sleep in this place is it.

What is there not to like. :)

Location is perfect, in the middle of things. Staff, Dave, the only one we met, was friendly and knowledgeable.

No Ice Machine and no common area to meet friends in the evening before going to dinner.

I like that the place was clean , and bright. My room face the street corner. The service I got from Nadine was excellent , she was very attentive and very friendly. I'll be back. Thx Nadine

The location was excellent; near the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop.The staff was friendly and we were able to check-out later. The room was basic, but very quite.

Nadine, a member of the staff, was extremely helpful; she would keep the place in order to the best of her ability. Location is great, close to all amenities; shops, restaurants, bars and most important of all the beach.

By far, the worst place I had stayed in because of the roaches!!! noisy, and roaches, The person in charge Dave at the location was informed of the roaches going around in the room; he dismissed with "we never had any in this location" but promised to to call ORKIN to make sure that we would no see them roaches again. Since we used the room to sleep, we believed the staff had taken care of the issue until we came late in our fourth day at the Seville hotel when we noticed the roaches even under the pillows. Unfortunately, they were all over even in the little fridge which was not in working condition. After I came to the office with pictures of the roaches roaming around; Dave comments was that is problem in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Friendly service. Location was excellent, good advice was given on things to see, very close to restaurants and bus services. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, Very approachable managers. Nothing was to much bother. Even offered to run us to the airport at 4am if our taxi didn't arrive. Very quiet location but only 50 yards from the main beach and facilities,

This is an older complex so did not have newer facilities, rooms were clean and tidy but could do with a slash of paint,

The beds were a little hard but it all depends on preference.

Staff at this hotel was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check-in earlier and check-out later with no additional cost. Nadine - staff at the hotel assisted with booking a car and also provided other useful information, maps, coupons. Also location is excellent, right next to the beach, shopping and night life.

The hotel was near the beach.

The hotel badly needs full remodeling. It reminded me of a rundown dorm in Russia. The rooms had a very strong chemical odor, the bathroom door was falling apart. Everything was just extremely old and neglected. We paid $90 for a night. We're asking I would say a fair price for this kind of place should be $30 or less, and despite the location.

I would have to say the staff, very helpful and always willing to answer your questions and was willing to service you.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable not many frllls, but close to the beach and shops. Internet worked great, and Dave was a great front desk plus.

We liked Dave who checked us in. He was very friendly and helpfull. The location is great. It's very close to the beach.

The room looked poor and old. It was small. The price was too high for such a room. What we also disliked was that we couldnt check out 'the normal way'. We had to give the key to a nearby hotel who was from the same owner.

Their was no amenities. No clock in room, no coffee pot, no exhaust fan in bathroom,no carpetting on bedroom floor. Bare necessities.

I will definately be staying at the Seville Motel again. The price is excellent, and the location is perfect! While it is out dated, that was fine. It totally suited all of our needs and we had a fantastic time! Thank you everyone there for a great vacation!

I liked everything! The location itself was great! Just a short walking distance right to the Atlantic beach. The stuff was really nice. Actually, it's like a small motel guest house. The maid did not clean our room every day but we did not want it, but we had towels when we needed and she was pretty nice. I would definitely recommend this motel for your stay in Fort L'dale. And don't forget to rent a car during your stay!!

The staff was extremely friendly, especially Dave. Not the Taj Mahal, but you cannot beat the price for the location. You are right in the heart of the ft lauderdale beach scene.

We were staying in ft lauderdale for 2 days. Was a perfect place to rest your head at night and shower...as we barely hung in the room while there...doing the beach,shopping,sight seeing and nightlife. Yes Dave was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a basic room, TV, table and sm kitchenette. The price was awesome for the location near the beach and (starbucks) lol.
