Breeze Inn Motel    

The staff was prompt and delt with a key issue in a fast and professional manner. I liked that there was a fridge in the room. The lobby was beautiful. Our overnight stay was very nice, thank you.

One of our two keys did not work. Not really a big deal.

The front desk lady gave us a corner room with more windows!

No microwave.

Convenient to harbor. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms were clean and room had a beautiful view.

Cable Box wasn't connected and lady from front desk had to come connect so could watch TV. Can't assume that everyone knows how to connect the cable box.

Nice room with good amenities, coffee maker, frig etc--and the harbor view with a nice view of the mountains.

Our view from the room was wonderful, we watched the sea otters play in the harbor between the docks. Beautiful snow covered mountains in the background. Window open to the east to watch the sunrise. We could walk to shop & eat, saving gas and getting a little exercise.

The beds [two fulls] were hard as rocks and we both had a hard time sleeping. I was up every hour trying to get comfortable. The wind was really bad, with the weather the metal roof had ice falling and flying into the windows, the noise would wake you and you would worry about your vehicle being around the building.

Easy access, simple, close to everything in area. Staff pleaseant and responsive.

When asked desk staff for a place for dinner, the recomended three restraunts and excluded their own. Directed us to high end eateries as if coaxed. Constent tick or waterline noise. Beds left much to desire, was anxious to return to my own bed.

It was very noisey..it sounded like the people in the room above us were in the same room.

We went for rhe American Cancer Society Polar Bear Jump. It is located very close to the bay.

Bed a little uncomfortable for me. Furniture needs to be updated.

It was very tidy with a tub/shower which was perfect for a child. The staff was very friendly at check out. Their restaurant was amazing - cozy, friendly, and family friendly. It is located very close to the shore, marina, and many other local restaurants and shopping.

Staff when checking in was friendly, but slightly put out when I tried to re-confirm our late check out; the hotel was basically empty and I really see no reason for irritation when it was specified on my reservation a head of time. No parking permit was actually given.

Hard Small Queen Beds

It was so quiet. I had a good night's sleep and was ready for my day. The room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay. I'll be back again and will recommend your hotel to others.

There was nothing to dislike. Everyone was so nice on staff.

My friends and I took a Kenai Fjord boat trip and the hotel was very convenient to the marina, shops, and restaurants. Our room was in the Annex and it overlooked the marina and we had a beautiful view of the mountains!

It had a lounge and restaurant.

When I checked in, we were given a key to a room with a broken fridge, of which had rotten food in it; we proceeded to the front desk, and were given a new room. When the ice bucket was moved, I spilled all the water that was in it from a previous guest. I was not happy about the maid service at all.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Location was perfect for our needs. Everything about it was a pleasant surprise. When I return to Seward, it will be my first choice of hotels.

Excellent location and facilities

The location was great, especially for a boat trip.

There were not any dead-bolts on the door to room. would have liked that and felt safer and secure to leave things in the room.

Every thing was fine. Hotel van for in town trips. near shopping anc cruise ship port.

The person at the service desk went out of her way to try and get our room ready early...She also recemmended different things we could do duw to the rainy weather. She also let us park at the hotel until our room was ready. Very much appreciated and this made our stay so much more pleassant!! Thank you!
