Location Ease of parking Extras available
Suite was huge - so much space! - and well equipped. Hotel was virtually deserted most of the time (unsurprisingly for a ski resort in August) so it was mostly very peaceful, and well-situated on the edge of the centre of Park City
There was no-one at the desk at check-in, although help was accessible by phone, and on our last night we did have some noisy neighbours.
Price a little high for an older condo looks like they are trying to remodel workers woke us up early Check in after hours was a weird process since there was no key in the safe for us.
There was plenty of space for our family. We also liked that it had 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen.
There was noise all throughout the night from people in the hall and you could hear the tv in the room next to us.
Located next to the Park City Mountain Resort which is a major stop for all of the free bus lines in PC. This allowed us to not have to deal with parking downtown. You can also take the free bus to Deer Valley for their summer concerts. The place was quiet and clean.
The custodian went over and beyond as we found that our car had a flat tire in the parking garage and he was able to provide air to get us back on the road to have this fixed, very much appreciated!!
Lobby was nice, location was good, room was clean. Appreciated the mini fridge.
I am sure it was wonderful 20 years ago. While overall clean and lobby was renovated, our room was very dated, not the best beds. Was adequate for our one night stay but that is all. Definitely not for seniors ... Very awkward to get in and out of the tub, I even had to assist my very independent 10 year old with the shower doors.
The check-in person was very friendly and very informative about amenities in the area. The bathroom area was nice. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot were nice additions. The location was nice and accessible to many things.
The whole room seemed to slope to one end. We only had a half a roll of toilet paper and there was no one available to get more after hours, which were early. The pillows were lacking any shape or filling and the hair dryer worked for about 2 minutes.
Rooms very large and near free bus.
No staff after 5. They were not friendly. Didn't See anyone except 4 other people. Woken up by maid! Not able to put out a don't disturb sign.
The rooms were a pleasant surprise! Nicely decorated and clean.
The hallways were very plain and deceiving as the interior of the rooms were so nice.
Rooms were updated, comfortable. Resort close to the lifts.
Jacuzzi - prefer it being outside. Little to no food options.
Everything was great!
Loved shuttle service. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.
Indoor hot tub :(
Great proximity to ski lifts and very comfortably appointed apartment.
Location was amazing. Close to great restaurants, shopping, and skiing. Nice staff members especially at the front desk.
I was promised a military discount, that didn't happen. The on duty manager said she had to wait till the next day to have the hotel manager take the discount off th he bill and it never happened.
Rooms were sparse and did not have any sort of kitchenette area, fridge or microwave. The only thing resembling part of a kitchen was a coffee maker, but our coffee was never refilled. For what we paid per night, I feel as though the service could have been better
Irregular cleaning of room, poor service, dates facilities
. The distance to Main Street
The room I got needed to be upgraded for the price. The curtains were falling apart the bed had a huge dip in it. The place looks a little run down.
Staff were great and they have ski store in the hotel. Price for size of room was first class.
No breakfast, although cafe up the road is convenient and as its right on the ski area/parking you can hear the Piste Bashers/diggers at night
Free Wifi. Kitchen is complete. Bed is ok. Condo is clean.
Temperature issue in the condo (too warm in living room, too cold in bedroom). Went several times to report issue at frontdesk. Displeased with unwelcoming female front desk. Near ski lifts but not ski-in/out.
Nice condo & decor, very clean and the size was perfect for all four of us. Next to the elevator which was good when you are packing in coolers and laugage. Comfortable beds and nice linen.
Deck not so nice you look over the top of the roof of the bottom floor. Lighting was horrible through out the entire condo. No kitchen table, you can only sit at the bar or on the couch to eat.
Jeff at the desk was so very wonderful. Friendly, helpful accommodating.
Groupon offered a room at $69 we paid 230 for the night. Felt a bit cheated.
The room was very nice and comfortable
The people next to us were extremely loud until 1:30 at night and when we went down tl the front desk there was no one to be found so we had to deal with the nosie and we even slept on the couch so that we could go to sleep. We won't be coming back to the hotel and we told my mother to cancel her room for her and my dad.
Just amazing!! Loved having 3 bathrooms
The view from the balcony was just a parking lot.
