Your staff was very welcoming and helpful. When we checked into our room and turned the duvet back we were repulsed by the dirtiness on the cover. It was filthy...coffee spills, dirt and we think, also, blood. I called the guest hotline and they sent housekeeping up to change it. This was done fairly quickly (within half and hour). However, both my husband and myself, were rather put off as we now were dubious about the overall cleanliness of the room. We realize, also, that your hotel is not a destination but the bar area could use some "freshing up". |

they did not provide free parking lots for guest. the internernet have to charge.....but in the reservation has informed that is free of charge. |

Great shuttle service to the airport and back, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Fast check in. I was only there over night but all seemed good No there long enough to judge, but certainly no obvious and immediate flaws |

Room was quiet, even next to the airport, and the airport shuttles were plentiful. The basic cable on the tv was minimal--could have been better. |

Was close enough to lax to allow us to recover from a 15 hour flight, the shuttle saved us driving or taking a cab. Comfortable, quiet and affordable. No quiet place to have a drink, the football crowd were pretty noisy but it was no big deal. |

It was close to the airport. The pool area was quite nice and good to have a drink around at night as the bar area was awful. Bar/lounge was dark & badly decorated & looked quite shabby & scruffy. Needs refurbishing - colours, design, furniture etc. Business centre - internet was too expensive. |

The staff were extremely helpful. They couldn't find our reservation, but they kindly upgraded us to a suite for the same price. As well, the concierge was exceptional and provided us with advice on local things and with bubble wrap to ensure our gifts didn't break in our suitcases on the way home. |

The room was very comfortable, the pillows were very good, the room was quiet being so close to airport. One comment about elevator/s they were Slow and with two systems, one on each side made the wait and time a concern. This was heard from many using them while on the ride to the floor of choice. Everyone would press both sides. The time to the floor of choice was like a local rather than express travel. Have your people try it for them selves. |
