The facilities (not the room) were nice. It had a nice restaurant and was right on the beach. I'm confused because me stating what I don't like about the hotel would be a complaint.. the hotel is not done with room renovations.. unfortunately this was not made clear when booking. to get a renovated room the room cost is an additional $100. wish i would have known that before booking a room that did not look like the pictures.

Hotel building is nice and stylish, oceanview is perfect, location really good, rooms are good but not too luxury. The breakfast at restaurant was not good, and one morning i waited for a single fruit plate for 40 minutes and after that waiting i was told that they ran out of pastries included in the continental breakfast. Service on that should be much better. No restaurant should run out of anything while serving customers their allready paid items. The bagel that i got for free did not actually do its job. In the end I would not recommend the hotel to other travellers.

The location was great and the 'renovated' areas were beautiful We were led to believe that the "continental breakfast" was complimentary which it wasn't. We were also charged $25 at checkout for a roll away bed when we weren't told there would be an additional fee for it at check in.

The location and the lobby were all that we're impressive. The other guests at the hotel were sketchy, obnoxious, and drunk. We got no sleep!

location was great. restaurant was nice- service a little lacking. Room was out of date. One bedside light didn't work and the lighting in general was dingy. Felt like a nice hotel back in the 70's. Lobby area maintained to far higher standard than my room was. Time for remodeling update.

This hotel is very nice. We love the location. We will be coming to stay again. The only thing I found was there could be a little shelf in the shower to set the shampoo on instead of the floor. The bathroom could you a little space somewhere to set a few of your toiletries on with the sink space being so small. Very nice though!

We had a great stay at The Shelbourne, loved the entrance, designer foyer, shop & sushi bar. Happy hour was fab and the location is perfect for Lincoln Ave, for shopping, bars & restaurants. The lifts were a bit temperamental, not good if you're on 14 floor. The 25dollar fee per night was a rip off. Breakfast should have at least included toast, cereal and fresh fruit buffet. As weather wasn't great we didn't use the pool so the charge for towels & loungers was wasted.

Location, front office staff, prices are good. Breakfast staff, probably due to overload, tend to be stiff & unwelcoming. Make it a buffet breakfast.

Bellmen were very nice. I chose the Shelborne for the location, and was willing to overlook the obvious construction. However, the room was beyond undesirable, the shower nozzle came off ini my hand when I showered, and I ended up getting bed bugs before departure. Upon telling the front desk and offering the insight I had from previous experiences, I was given a mere 30% discount which was basically my valet and resort fee. The staff seemed relatively unconcerned about this impending problem, and I would warn anyone visiting Shelborne in the future, as I'm confident they did nothing to address the bed bug situation.

This hotel should be closed for renovation. Filthy room, with 1 glass to share.Cement and dirt everywhere. The management should be ashamed to charge full rates as Booking.com had booked us. The rates were lowered, However, this was far from a pleasant stay. You did not warn us about the renovation!

Estuvimos solo una noche llegamos a las 4 de la tarde como indicaba el checkn in no habia toallas en la piscina llevamos la de la habitacion como nos indicaron. Luego de la cena nos dijeron que iban a reponernos las toalllas y no lo hicieron salvo cuando fuimos a protestar a las 23 hs. Al otro dia nos dimos cuenta que todos los desagotes del baño estaban tapados por cabello que hay que ver desde cuando estaban. Tardaron 1 hora para servirnos el desayuno. Al irnos a las 12 del mediodia nos quejamos al conserge y logramos un descuento en la tarifa pero realmente no vale por lo que dan.

Una sugerencia. Deben perfumar los espacios. Tanto las habitaciones como los pasillos incluso el lobby. No huelen bien. El hotel es muy lindo, me sentì muy a gusto, pero cada vez que entraba pensaba en cuanto mejor serìa si oliera bien, los espacios se verìan aun mas lindos con alguna fragancia bonita ;) Definitivamente recomiendo el hotel y yo volverìa en mi siguiente visita a Miami

Die Zimmer entsprchen keinem 3Sterne Hotel. Der Pool war nicht zu benutzen, da grosse Sprinbreak Party. Die Zimmer und das Bad war katastophal.Toilette verstopft, die Fäkalien standen bis an den Rand. Schimmel im Bad. Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Die Eingangshalle mit Rezeption war ansprechend, aber das war auch schon alles. Die Aufzuge waren schmutzig. Keine Lärmschutzfenster, mann hatte das Gefühl man liegt mit dem Bett auf dem Gehweg, es war unmöglich bei diesem Lärm Ruhe zu finden. Wir haben nacht um 01.00Uhr das Zimmer gewechselt, in den 15 Stock, aber der Geräuschpegel war nicht besser, und das zum Strand hinaus. Sorry, aber dieses Hotel ist für diesen Preiss nicht weiterzuempfehlen. mfg W.mutschler

Super Poolbereich, Super Strandbereich, Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenausstattung. Renovierungsarbeiten in zahlreichen Zimmern, - die Arbeiter fahren mit stark verschmutzten Geräten und Bauschuttbehältern in den Fahrstühlen. Dabei werden auf Belange der Gäste oft keine Rücksichten genommen.

Nada, llegamos con plan depiscinaplaya y nos mandan a esa piscina horrible del continental, terrible tambien cobrar por internet tragos y desyunos 25 dolares mejor incluyalos en ela tarifa y yapero no llega uno y la sorpresa de pagar mas, no tomamos no hubo internet la señal no tenia y si cobraron los 25 dolares fatal

La ubicacion es excelente, la vista de las habitaciones que dan al océano es hermosa. Está en obra, es difícil descansar por la tarde, en la mañana empieza el ruido muy temprano ( Sierra circular, martillo, engrampadora neumática, etc.) Funcionaba un sólo ascensor y era el mismo que utilizaban los operarios, se perdía mucho tiempo para utilizarlo y estaba permanentemente sucio al igual que las alfombras de los pisos, las paredes estaban enduídas sin pintar.

Quarto com vista para o mar foi a única coisa boa. O hotel estava numa grande reforma com elevadores sendo usados pelos operários e material de construção.A E principal fechada por dessa reforma. Foi cobrada uma mandatory fee de 23 dollars, obrigando tomar café da manha no hotel. A piscina em reforma com hospede obrigado a usar a piscina do hotel ao lado também em mau estado.Enfim, não recomendamos!

Gosto da localizaçao, para quem quer sair e fazer compras, o pessoal do Valet para carro eh muito atencioso e simpatico. Na portaria, nem sempre estao disponiveis Ja eh a terceira vez que fico neste hotel, a primeira foi em 1992, a outra o ano passado e agora repeti. Seria necessario terem explicado antes da chegada do hospede, que ha taxas como cobrança para uso do cofre e que ha de ser tomado o cafe do hotel pq ele eh cobrado vc tome ou nao o cafe e use ou nao o cofre do hotel Acho o hotel muito caro pelo que ele oferece.Alem de estar sempre em reformas. Gostaria que o hotel tivesse internet disponivel para quem nao viaja com o computador.

Boa localização, perto dos restaurantes e bares, acesso fácil para a praia. O quarto é bom apesar o banheiro pequeno. Como a maioria dos lugares em Miami, o preço do estacionamento é uma facada ($30) e demoram para pegar o carro.

Solucionaron en cuanto llegue, mi pedido de modificar la reserva hecha con anterioridad ya que debia partir antes. Pague de acuerdo a las noches que me hospede mas un late check out, todo de acuerdo a lo arreglado con la recepcionista del hotel. Muy buena la atencion tanto en en el front desk, como los chicos de la recepción, valet parking y mozos de la piscina. Seguramente volveria a hospedarme. Quizas cuando este totalmente reciclado se destaque mas el desayuno, el cual momentaneamente se sirve en la piscina y con gusto a poco . Creo que a los huespedes no deberian cobrarle el servicio de sillas y sombrilla en la playa. De cualquier manera, totalmente recomendable.

Son emplacement géographique: en centre ville et en bord de mer Le décallage entre le prix contracté avec booking et le prix qui m'a été demandé ( 25% plus cher) car on m'a d'office inclu le petit dejeuner et des frais de srviette de piscinnes.. Pour 25 dollars de plus. De fait je ne retournerai plus dans cet hotel mais je n'utiliserai plus booking pour mes reservations et le ferai savoir.
