Hotelli on hyvinkin mukava ja sijainti hyvällä etäisyydellä useista kiinnostavista kohteista. Palvelu oli hyvin kohteliasta ja ystävällistä, siisteys hyvä Seinät läpäisivät ääntä joskus häiritsevästi |

Huoneessa oli tilaa riittävästi ja se oli rauhallinen. Nähtävästi hotellin systeemit oli juuri uusittu; respan mukaan booking.comin kautta tulevat varaukset eivät näy heillä. Meitä oli 4 henkilöä ja kaksi huonetta, kummankin laskut oli tehty väärin. Huonehinta oli laskutettu korkeimman mukaan toisen huoneen laskussa, toisen laskuun oli laitettu baari, leffa- ja videopelipalveluja, joita ei koskaan ole käytetty. Henkilökunta oli epäystävällistä. |

Hyvä sijainti Manhattanilla. Neljä aikuista pystyi majoittumaan samaan sviittiin, jossa erillinen makuuhuone ja olohuone. |

The location is convenient if you need to be in Midtown Manhantan. Rooms are very nice with all comfort needed. Service was not always that punctual (laundry services, shampoing in the bathroom, etc.). But staff was always ready to help in a friendly way. |

The chance to have a smoke on the rooftop was a (sadly) rare treat for New York. Staff very helpful. Excellent location. Powerful & effective air conditioning. The amount of space was very much appreciated. Minor grumbles. Non-smoking rooms but that's not their fault. Provided tea & coffee facilities but no spoons! Only 5 coat hangers in the suite and, although we asked for more, never received any! TV was difficult to navigate - never did find how to access the main networks. Room cleaning standards below-par. |

I really enjoyed the friendly service from both hotel and restaurant staff. Our room was a wonderful size and I couldn't of asked for more comfortable bedding. As a first time guest, I was extremely disappointed that there wasn't a restaurant on the roof top as indicated on the website displayed on booking.com. Although the staff was friendly and courtesy the bell hop service was very slow. There was only one bellman to service the hotel, therefore, everytime we needed him it was a 20 minute wait. |

the hotel was completely renovated and ahd the feel of a boutique hotel at budget hotel prices. The rooftop bar was an added bonus! |

Very good hotel: 5 minutes walk from Empire State Building, Grand Central and Bus to airport. Suite was very nice with 2 bathrooms and 2 big screen TVs, staff was always helpful and very polite. Rooms were always clean. |

The location is fantastic, being just a walk away from Grand Central, and Macys [Herald Square]. It was also a short subway/bus ride from Times Square [although could be walked also.] The rooms were lovely, and housekeeping staff were very thorough. Food was delicious, albeit a little pricey. It is a busy hotel and there are only 2 lifts. As we were on the 9th floor, sometimes we had a bit of a wait for the lift. The hotel charged for minibar service [which we didn't use] although they cancelled this charge when we explained. |

Apparently i received upgraded rooms but I was not actually told that and only found out when my relative who booked a similar room through booking.com got a smaller less furnished room.It was nice that the hotel was renovated.Location was good too.The Rare bar and grill was good for food and drinks. Renovation works were still ongoing. Some of the finishing of the work was a bit shoddy.Hotel staff were not overly friendly or helpful - I actually booked 2 studio suites with twin beds but only got a double and a twin. Also my relatives had booked a double not a twin and had to share a bed as they were told no twins left. |
