great location ! 2 pools, people are friendly, a nice place to stay, not too expensive

I really enjoyed the cute cottage feel of the motel. The facilities were great and very close to the beach and everything. I would definately go back! Can't beat the price!

I would have liked to have the towels changed out a little more than they were.

Great staff, good price and location, nice pool and grounds. It was an older place that needs to be updated, however I was in a suite next to the office and it was quiet, no mold or odor of cigarette smoke in the room, fast wifi, and able to be on Fort lauderdale strip in a minutes walk, and walk to the intra coastal to take a water taxi anyplace I want. You can get around without driving your car.

The places I wanted to stay were 400-500 per night, so this place worked out well. The beds were soft and older, however my back was okay when I woke up. Needs to be updated and some paint, however I got what I paid for and can't complain!! Parking is tight! One car, however when I would return very late, there was always a parking spot. I can be picky, and travel quite a bit, however I did like this place,price, location.

Very friendly staff, they did arrangements for a late check in. The room was very clean and the bed was great!

Great location. It was exactly what we were looking for on our spring break. And the staff was awesome!

Only the location, close to the beach.

The room are so small and uncomfortable. We stayed there for 3 days and no housekeeping. So old, so dirty. A stay just to forget. Will never be back again or just it to anyone.

The fact that a small mom'n'pop two story hotel can survive along those high rise $400 a night big name hotels . Abondant vegetation feels like an oasis in the desert . Excellent nightlife and dining within five minutes walk . But most important ; the view on the second floor and the twenty seconds walk to the beach .

The coffee ( they serve Starbuck's coffee at the small café on the first floor of the Hilton , second hotel on your left ) .

Door on batthrrom was too tight to close. Exterior doors "rotting". Grass near pool needs attention.

It was clean

It looks very old and dark, old furniture.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were the best part of the stay. The beach was across the street.

Although clean, the Queen room was tired. Very, very tired. The bed was alright but we were glad we were there only one night. The kitchen was a nightmare with a 20 year old refrigerator with the finished rubbed off, a stove with a bbq light resting on top (I assume to use to light the stove), and the cabinets were not in good shape. Thankfully, we didn't need to use the kitchen. The bathroom was serviceable but the door had peeling paint and the toilet was old and took forever to fill. I have read that how you like your stay really depends on which room you get, so in our case we would have to give this a thumbs down. Also, when they say "tiki hut", don't expect a bar but a thatched roof where you can get your morning coffee.

The staff are very nice. They make you feel comfortable. An the landscape takes you back like your on an island. An the heated pool is a bonus.

Staff had problems getting us a cab. I had to go down the street and flag one down.

Location was great, just 2 minutes walking to the Fort Lauderdale beach. Nice swimming pool and friendly staff. We checked in late, but everything been arrenged for as. We stay in the penthouse room and it was great and very large as well, nice view from terrace on the ocean. Our friends stayed in standart double, it was ok for the money, but they got some complaints about old bathroom. All rooms were clean and look of the motel overall just great.

I could not find an ice machine in the motel... But that was it, no other things we didn't like about this motel.

i thought the rooms were really nice. the location was excellent just 1/2 block from the beach. the pool was refreshing and you could bbq by the tiki hut if you chose to. i would definitely recommend it to friends and family. i also would like to stay there again.

As a young adult I couldn't have asked for a better location- walking distance to beach, restaurant & great night life. The price was excellent for the budget traveler too! Would definitely come back :)

Not so bad for some days, big apartment. It's not a resort, just a place to stay in relax.

Difficult to turn-off air conditioning, rooms would require rennovation.

Convenient location close to the beach.

The rooms are very run down (a lot worse than the photos make them look.) No kleenex box, no trash can in the room, smells bad, looks bad, etc.

Free wifi, close to beach. Easy parking.

Basic hotel, good location and price.

Over use of cleaning detergents. Had to open doors and windows to air out the room. The hotel is under maintained.
