Rooms are small

Location is Great. But decoration, Rooms and hotel surroundings are EXCELLENT! I got a Great Room. Was Quiet, Clean and Comfortable.It's a pretty Boutique hotel. Nice bar at reception. Next time I'll get back to Miami. I'll Stay there for sure.

Great location at a great price and free happy hour from 7-8pm every night.

Cleaning staff completely disregarded our do not disturb door tag one day and we found them in our room hen comin back from the beach. We were a little crepe out by that.

I spoke w/ several individuals before making my reservation. It was used as a place to spend the day before flying out that evening. We were only there from 12:00 pm till 7:30 pm. A place to put our luggage and use the restroom. When checking in it seemed to be a problem, after I was assured it wouldn't be. Also we were treated extremely when we needed a ride back to the airport. Four of the six of our group were told they couldn't use the shuttle since the room wasn't in their name. We were all 6 adults in our 60'S. We were definitely not there to take advantage.

room with one queen is very tight/ small, serious lack of sound proofing walls and ceilings (banging of beds could be heard at night!), serious lack of major lighting- no lighting in the entry of the room( small hallway) and a lamp with no lamp shade was placed as lighting inside the closet, bathroom tiles are molded and need to be re-grouted, no bathroom counter space, overall quality of hotel needs major improvement and is not relative to the cost guests pay.

This is a spring break hotel, with incredibly loud music in the lobby until 5 am; very hard to sleep with this going on. Our card keys kept not working properly. Also the toilets were not flushing well. The rooms are dark and the hotel could use a renovation. There is a $15 spa fee added each day.

I liked my room.

hotel put a hold on my credit card and did not learn that it could take 5-7 business days to have it removed, messed up my banking account. for some time. do not like to worry and rush around.

When I arrived at my room the toilet and shower were clogged and my queen size bed was broken . I asked for another room and no other room was available .

professional staff, happy hour in the lobby bar between 7-8 pm, good location in the middle of Lincoln road and close to the beach, good air condition in the room, user friendly safe, friendly hotel equipment, comfortable beds in the room, TV with good variety of channels, free airport shuttle, special thanks to receptionist Dusko who gave us very useful welcome informations and gave us the opportunity to choose a free room.

in our room 307 window could not keep open to get fresh air, room and bath-room not very spacious, not much place to put our shampoos and other stuff, no light in the wardrobe, no music channel in TV available, we did not use any items from the fridge but at the end the hotel wanted to charge us.

The service was excellent. The desk staff was great and the girl at the bar was amazing. She took the time to talk to me about places to go and things to do. The close proximity to the beach was perfect.

Great location, right in the heart of south beach. Easy access to beach and shopping. A nice lobby to relax in and a bar for a cocktail or a hookah experience. Nice touch to offer a complimentary cocktail from 7-8pm daily. Very nice staff and always present. Nice to offer valet service for your car.

No wi-fi in rooms. Tough to conduct business in hotel lobby.

Location is great! You cross the road and you are in Ocean Dr The room was clean and with all the necessary (even a security box). The hotel is modern and looks good.

Too noisy. It seemed to be in a disco club all day and night! The room was small.

We liked the room ,it was clean, cool,spacious,and had all the necessary facilities eg. Mini Bar, snacks,Hair dryer Iron,soap ect.We got very fond of the young lads,who were very helpful, kind and polite.Yes we would stay there again, and shall recomend to any friends going to South Beach.Maureen & Bryan
