Very clean, beautiful view, courteous service...
I liked that the room was spacious and came with everything like a fridge a microwave 2 sofas.. It felt like a studio
I didnt like that it was so expensive and breakfast was not even included.
The pool was close because they were cleaning it
The manager and over all check in staff were very nice to me and every customer i seen walk in. Kudos!
I have never in my life seen bartenders that were just not friendly but disrespecful and overall rude to every one.
The area was great, also very quite and away from all the gambling.
I think it was overpriced for valentine weekend
Hotel is beautiful - Miss America, which we attended in 2013, connection and displays/decor very interesting. Coincidentally the large B&W framed photo of pageant contestants was dated 1951 - my husband's birth year! We had to take a picture for memory sakes... The breakfast buffet was tasty and reasonably priced compared to Casinos. Wait staff service also very professional and obliging.
We arrived by bus at the AC bus terminal on a very cold day. The walk to the hotel with luggage in hand was longer than we had anticipated and then to discover that we had to walk all the way around the large hotel site to get to the front entrance to check in was frustrating and COLD. Hotel needs to shorten the front entrance walking accessability by putting in a walkway through the metal fence. We like to walk as much as possible when we're visiting a tourist area. Walking from hotel to the casinos and boardwalk was a similar problem - though as we became more familiar with hotel and its location, we learned a shortcut or two... ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT of our stay at AC Sheraton!
I love how comfortable the bed was and how spacious the room was. The staff was nice.
There was no wifi to connect to
Room was not clean. Clumps of hair on coffee table. Sofa was old and worn out. It was also dirty. The bed was worn and you could feel the springs on your back. Wrote to the manager and got no response. First impressions are lasting impressions. Thanks but no thanks. Not worth the money. First time using this so call grand Sheraton hotel.
I loved the pool and the room was gorgeous
I had nothing that wasnt good
I like everything except the approach the security officer took when asking if I had a key.
His approach was not pleasing. He saw me pass him to go outside. I promptly returned in after speaking to the valet personnel. The way he asked me was if i give him reason to think I was sneaking in
It looks run down I expected more from Sheraton
The Sheraton is right across the street from the Atlantic City Convention making it very easy to get around. Also when I called the front desk so I could check out an hour later they were very nice about it.
Having to leave.
connected to convention center. room was fine ...
Ir's a nice clean, quite hotel hotel.
It's way off the beaten path. No Casino, 1 Restaurant No in room WiFi
No smoking lol
I was very pleased when I forgot an item of great sentimental value and it was returned to me in an extremly promt and efficient manner.
no free wifi
They need free wifi.
The hotel was really nice and the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is awesome. Your in walking distance from the outlets as well as the casino.
Wifi was free but only in the lobby and common area. If you wanted to use wifi in your room there's a charge.
Noisey next door neighbors
I liked the fact that the staff were all extra friendly and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and security did its job. My babysitter tried to go to our room but security stopped her.
When my wife called and asked if the hotel had a casino or was next to the casino the person on the phone said yes. When we arrived(cold 10 degree winter day) we were told we had to walk or drive to the casino.
The hotel was very close enough to places you could walk to anywhere
Phone and refrigerator didn't work
My view was great
Parking too far and vending machine broken on our floor
Good location and very good value for Presidents weekend -- compared to all surrounding major casinos.
Breakfast closed at 11 and walk from parking lot is a pain.
