Score from 292 reviews Very good
Too much noise inside de bedroom, it was like an air plane engine, not so good. Wake up in the meadle of the night.
Comfortable bed, good location, responsive house keeping.
Bathroom exhaust system not very effective
The friendly staff, the perfect location-one block off Magnificent Mile, the comfortable beds.
No restaurant or bar in hotel, no hot tub, very shallow swimming pool.
The female receptionist with very short hair was very kind and helpful.
Excellent door man! Friendly staff.
The carpet was extremely dirty..ew I was very disgusted by the stains, and the over all look of the room was a completely different room than what I expected I felt "jipped"...for the price of $579.00 for a weekend I should have to wait for 3 1/2 hour for the cleaning staff to reach my room. I left and came back to rest and couldn't because she came in and awoke me, and consequently she didn't get to clean my room as efficient as as I would like. The pool was extremely small unlike the advertised pool on your website. I don't believe that I would stay here again until the service and overall experience at four points Sheraton changes...
The location was close to everything, one block from Magnificant Mile and easy walk to river, Millenium Park, galleries and subway. Indoor parking was super convenient but expensive ($50 per day)
No view from the room, no breakfast (coffee in the lobby was excellent)
I like the location and the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming
I did like my room because I had to walk two long hall-ways and the window was overlooking the swimming pool. I didn't pay for that.
The lack of facilities and the attitude of some of the staff.
The hotel staff was very nice.
Location, friendly staff. Staff were also empowered to "make things right," which I really appreciated.
Confusing reservation system through Booking.com -- couldn't find me in the system, confusion checking out, etc. Furniture in the room had many noticeable stains on it, which makes a traveler wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. And I do not like, personally, those shared soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower.
Location was great , good restaurants all around band not far from Blue Chicago blues club
La ubicación, el servicio muy buenos.
Welcome and wellness to help in every step of our stay
No lounge bar other than the one located in the restaurant.
Great staff, and great location.
Bathroom.. particularly shower curtain wreaked of mildew. Stains all over carpet and on walls.
Liked: location, ease of parking, comfortable room, clean, free coffee in lobby in the a.m.
Good service and clean room, good location
Perfect location. only 1 block to magnificent mile..short distance to state street. very close to restaurants, tour bus drop off. staff was most excellent and knowledgeable. thoroughly enjoyed our visit
Was on the pricey side, but that's what it is when you don't go with booking agencies. Not the hotels fault, but drunken neighbor woke us up at 1 am banging on our door because his key didn't work on our door. had to get up and talk to him to make him stop banging and go away.....
I thought the location was great.
They said they were going to charge 100.00 for a damage fee that would just be preapproved but ended up charging 1000.00 to my visa. I had to call visa and go back to the front desk to sort it out. I also called them a week before to confirm reservations because they charged me for my room fee then credited me for half and then didnt have my reservation when I called. Stressful dealing with them.
pleasant staff…coverable bed
No food service… was switched to your hotel by Booking.com when my original hotel was overbooked…cost was$500 more than i was to pay at the Millennium Knickerbocker
The location of the Hotel is excellent, very close to Michegan Avenue and very close train station and close to many Restaurants. Very pleasent staff..All in all excellent value for money.
Easy to get around hotel and city.
50$ to park.
The location was perfect and the price was unbeatable. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, as my sister and I had been driving across country and arrived at 10 am - way before check in.. They were able to get us a room right away even though check in time is usually in the afternoon. I would definitely return!
Paying for parking..although this is standard in Chicago.
The pool was small and dirty. The hot water went out on the whole hotel the last day we were there, so they comped or stay and parking for that night. Thought that was fair.
Staff was a little rude at check in but helpful when we needed things such as extra towels
