Four Points by Sheraton - Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile  

It was a comfortable hotel that was good for the money. The pool/hot tub was really nice. The location was good and so was the price.

We booked 2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with a king. When we showed up, they denied that we booked the king and gave us another double. Extremely disappointing.

It is hard to narrow down what we liked best about this hotel because there are just too many good things to say about it. I suppose the help and information given to us by the staff was most beneficial since my family and I had never been to Chicago before. All of the employees were overly accommodating. That being said, we loved that their parking garage was so easily accessible and reasonably rated without valets. Also, the room was clean and had thick walls (we never heard the next door family who had children under 4). If ever we return, we would definitely stay there again. We feel blessed to have experienced our trip to Chicago at the Four Points!

We loved how close the hotel was to everything we wanted to see in the city. Also, we loved relaxing in hot tub, swimming in the pool, and exercising in the greatly equipped exercise room. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely return :)

We had a very hard time finding the exact location. We had bad google directions.

The best part was the staff of this hotel. From the doorperson to the check-in/front desk, to the cleaning staff. Always a smile and extremely helpful!

Did not clean my room last day and day of check out although I checked out late at 6 pm

It was perfect location, right downtown Chicago.

It wasn't worth the money paid for the room. The room was $250.00. Nothing special about it. Room service food was terrible. The staff did not tell me that about inserting the room key into the slot in the elevator and the elevator only went to the 5th floor. So I took the stairs up to the 7th floor. I could not figure out why the elevator would not go to the seventh floor, until another guest at the hotel told me that you had to insert your key in the elevator. Staff should make guests aware of this!!

The staff was excellent and responsive to our every need. It's nice to have a pool and hot tub in a downtown Chicago hotel. The location is perfect for shopping as it is right off Michigan Avenue. We loved our room which had a balcony. Will definitely return on our next staycation.

Due to the glass enclosure, the pool area was too warm.

The pool closed at 10 pm so by the time we got back from touristing we couldnt go swim very disapointing!!!!!!!! You need summer hours.

The staff was marvelous. After leaving something of value in my room, they fedxd it to me the next day. I was extremely grateful and appreciative of the service.

The location was good and the staff was friendlt

The hotel was more on the run down side. We found rodent feces on our sheets. The pillows were in bad shape.
