- Staff were extremely polite and friendly. - Presence of security - Indoor parking, pool, exercise facility - Free internet - Mini fridge in room - Lower cost parking for hotel guests - Less costly breakfast options |

It was in the middle of everything (shopping, restaurants, etc). Everything was pretty much in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room! They did not honor our reservation for 2 double beds nor our aaa membership. |

Great location for experiencing the Miracle Mile and Navy Pier. Restaurant was so-so yet pricey. For a higher-end hotel, I was surprised the TV was an old standard definition model. The rooms should have been upgraded to include high definition flat screens. |

proximity to restaurants and shops the room was too small, the TV was not a splasma, it did not feel luxurious at all |

We thought the hotel was very affordable, convienently located and very comfortable. We were pleased with our stay and will definately consider four points by sheraton upon our next visit to chicago, il. |

We found this hotel to be excellent in all catorgories price,location,room service and the staff were very nice nothing was to much trouble for them they were all very friendly and helpfull |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Doormen were excellent. The twin-sized beds were too small. Would have been happier with 2 queen-sized and no couch. |
