location was perfect. little difficult to find if not from area...but was able to walk out hotel and shop and eat and great places...staff was very helpful and friendly, but for about 40 dollars less a night. would stay again.

it was a tad dirty...old sock found behind couch...carpet could use a replacing...but we were only there for one night. it suited all our needs. location was fabulous...of course parking is terrible and pricey. didnt realize we had in and out privileges till we left...our fault i guess.

Close to everything in town, amazing rooms, clean and desk help was really friendly for out of towners looking for food and fun.

Had some of the cleaning crew tell us to have Identification ready as someone was going to check on us. Also the floor smells strongly of marijuana which made it unpleasant. Also it was a real disappointment that the pool was so shallow and the hot tub was closes. Real trip bummer when we where going their for relaxation

Phillip the "Door Dude" was great. The location was convenient. Hotel fit our needs and budget. Generally I prefer a little more luxury but for the money this hotel was nice.

Check in was slow. Front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming.

The staff (everyone) was very nice & helpful. It was just myself and my 9 year old....they always provided great information on transportation & the best way to get to where we were going.

Best is the location just two minutes away from Michigan Avenue and Grand Subway stop.

The booking.com say parking fee is $40 per day，but hotel charged $45 per day which is far more expansive than other hotel's parking fee. Though hotel would offer $40 as we did proved the $40 rate by confirmation paper.

The hotel is near everything, there are many shops, malls, groceries around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the room is spacious.

The only thing I didn't like was the maid screaming 'housekeeper' early in the morning. I stayed at the 5th floor and it happened everyday but Sunday.

The location was absolutely excellent - a block away from the Magnificent Mile - we could walk everywhere we wanted to go! I snagged the reservation on a special promo, so we got a great deal too! And because our room wasn't ready when we got there, they upgraded us to a suite - the staff was so nice and helpful.

If I had to pick anything negative, it would be two things.... The decor is a bit out-dated in the room - but for me, that is a non-issue when I travel on this kind of trip. It honestly didn't bother us at all, but for some people that could be important. However, the worst part was the insanely expensive parking. I go into nyc all the time, and never paid prices this high for parking ever! What the heck???

Its location is very near to downtwon you can easily do shopping, picnic, buy your necessary things

Super Excellent Location....were able to walk to almost every tourist area we wanted to see in our 4 days except for Wrigley Field and Cellular Field! Fairly dependable facilities and comfort at this hotel. I travel a fair bit and frequently stay at a Four Points because I know what to expect regarding accomondations because most of the hotels are fairly consistent - so I know what to expect as far as cleanliness, service, room quality etc. and this hotel met that standard in most areas.

I tried to book through SPG but the hotel was 'sold out'....however I was able to book a room through booking.com Not sure why? I booked a King Room, and noted on the order a late arrival, requested a balcony room and noted my SPG number. Upon arrival I was put in a Traditional Double without a balcony. and was treated with completel indifference when discussing this with the front desk. She didn't even bother confirming I was an SPG client and I guess that makes a difference on how guests are treated? Let me say I understand that balcony rooms are not guaranteed but my King room should have been guaranteed. However the following morning the front desk (Ian) happily told me they had a King with a balcony for me to move into but it wouldn't be ready until the PM. When we got back to the hotel in the afternoon the front desk advised there was 'no record' of this but they did have a double balcony room they could move me in to - which they did. So I paid for a King but only got a double? Don't get me wrong - the majority of the people here were awesome and very accomodating but it is frustrating to not get what you ordered or paid for. It is also a little disturbing to realize that if you didn't book directly with the hotel or are not an SPG member guests you are treated differently - which really should not be the case. I understand as an SPG client the hotel may do things above and beyond for those guests however there should be a standard level or service and courtesies extended to all guests regardless of who they book with.
