Chegamos no hotel às 22:30 horas, para minha surpresa não tinha o quarto que havia reservado que seria com uma cama king, só tinha com duas camas, questionei o recepcionista do hotel sobre meu quarto, pois o mesmo deveria estar disponivel a partir das 13:00 horas, fui informado que o quarto que solicitei estava ocupado, bem encurtando o assunto, só consegui meu quarto às 24:00 horas, ou seja fiquei na recpção do hotel quase 2 horas esperando meu quarto, isso porque na data da reserva o hotel debitou a conta do meu cartão de crédito.
