For the most part the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and the location was great.
The water pressure was bad and we requested a small refrigerator for our weekend stay and was told the junior soccer teams took them all...really??? They were 13 yr olds!
Nice facilities and close to ball park, but could not reach the hotel until two hours after the ball game.
The phone and TV did not work. By the time we arrived, we did not want to wait for a service tech to come fix them. In the morning, there was no regular coffee - only decaf. Staff only offered - a "sorry".....
I called the hotel as soon as I got my luggage at DFW. Kiki at the front desk was fantastic! She arranged my transport and had me prechecked into my room when I arrived at the hotel. I'll use this hotel again next Thanksgiving for the game.
Shuttle service is great-drivers are wonderful
Some people in room service need a crash course in how to deal with the public-just rude The above comment refers to not only people delivering, but especially taking the order. I had to ask 3 days in a row to have my room made up.
Quiet hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds. OK breakfast in the club lounge. You can walk to a variety of places. The shuttle takes you anywhere in a 3 mile radius.
The price. Was nice but not worth what I paid.
Location to AT&T Stadium. Free Shuttle to & from airport, plus to Stadium if not walking. . Nice walking path to stadium.
Great view from the room
Very convenient to many attractions.
The shuttle service was terrible...waited a little over an hour for pickup from the airport That is my only complaint.
Locaton, staff nice
Booked a month in advance and did not get room reserved
View, convenience to AT&T stadium, comfortable beds.
Wasn't allowed to book a room for a future event. Not happy about that. Very disappointed.
Poor ac in our room
The pool was awesome and location to the Rangers stadium. The staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean.
Something was wrong with A/C unit in our room. It was very humid and made the night uncomfortable.
Very close to Rangers stadium. It was nice to walk to the game and not worry about traffic.
No continental breakfast. No pay per view and most channels on the TV were fuzzy analog. No microwave or refrigerator. No towels in pool area. We went there twice and neither times were towels available. I asked the front desk for towels. An hour later, still no towels. No convenience stores close by. Rooms very old. Although they were clean, carpet was dirty and wallpaper coming off the walls. Definitely not worth the price.
I liked the view from around the hotel...many landmarks like Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor Water Park, AT&T Stadium, Rangers Ball Park. The large windows in our room was awesome to see everything. The pool area is very beautiful and they were playing a movie against a backdrop at the pool so that was cool.
Somewhat outdated. As you enter the front entrance I immediately thought I smelled mold but it went away fairly quick...maybe it was strong coffee? I don't know. The room was nice looking but carpets outdated and a little worn...bed was comfortable but not as much as my bed at home. The bathroom was kind of small but had a modern look to it however the bath faucet itself comes away from the wall when turning the water on and off. Wished for the price that there were balconies for each room as the views are great but you are limited when behind the glass.
lobby Good light and mirrors in bathroom good firm bed
Pool was 2 feet deep. No outlets in rooms Ancient alarm clock. old style TV menu
proximity to Ballpark; friendly valet; friendly staff; clean--for the most part.
Manager attempted to give me a different room than the one I booked. Manager tried everything to convince me I had booked a different room than what my confirmation said. Pool not cleaned daily; landscaping crew did work at 2:00p.m.--with guests in the pool. It seemed to me that out of towners (myself) get second rate service versus locals--specially during game nights. Toilet problems, room telephone problems; and not the best room cleaning crew.
We checked out on July 27th and I still have a $75 fee pending with my credit card company. Booking.com said it was something the hotel has put on and were going to check on this. To date, I haven't rec'd a call back from anyone (hotel or Booking.com) Plus, the room wasn't as it appears on the Booking.com ad.
I called 4 times before we went to this hotel to verify that they would be sending chocolate covered strawberries to the room for my fiances birthday. After calling multiple times trying to verify the reservation and the strawberries, the strawberries were not sent to the room and they tried to charge me for them anyways. I would not stay here again due to the staffs rudeness and inability to follow simple directions.
The staff consideration for their customer
The breakfast was good and staff in dining area was excellent
We booked two king rooms. We arrived a little after 2 and we could not check in. I understood that because we were early but it was 430 before they finally called and told us our rooms were ready. Then told us that we were moved the rooms with two full beds. My husband is a big man and we ended up sleeping in separate beds on the one night away we get a year without our children.
It is located next to the convention center.
Nice quite rooms. Beds were very comfortable and linens were of good quality.
We went to take a swim that evening, but the pool looked a bit murky.
The location was good.
We booked a king room stating we would have 4 guest staying in the room together. We also requested two bed but we were only give one bed and when we asked for an upgrade they wouldn't accommodate us. Very poor customer service.
Movies and cocktails by the pool at night.
Supposed to have had wi-fi connection (comp), but it never worked.
