Score from 271 reviews Excellent
Great downtown location.
No free wifi
Clean and updated
Long haul from parking but typical for a city hotel
Availability to my office
Parking garage prices. I think they are outrageous. I parked at my office building for 1/3
Comfort of the bed and room.
Dated wall paper
Internet's having extra charge is like a nightmare.
I felt very safe and rested well!
Concierge was extremely nice and helpful in locating places for dinner.
unbelievably difficult to self park and wind one's way to lobby---MUST be an easier way to park and get to lobby.
1. There was a common door with the neighbor room and they were noisy 2. the bathroom fan was broken so I had to change the room
The room was clean and the facilities were well maintained.
WiFi is 13 dollars for 24 hours of access PER DEVICE. This is crazy.
We enjoyed the location of the hotel. Many things right near by.
Parking was not listed at $22 a night under the hotel description.
The Hotel was very extravagant on the interior. The Fandangles Bar and Grill was overall the reason why I would go back. In the beginning the service was great but after we told them that we were there on our wedding day everything became even more fabulous. They brought us champagne and dessert that were on the house. Most delicious apple fritter I have ever eaten. The hotel also had a heated salt water pool that was surrounded by palm trees and garden. Overall Great hotel
It was currently under construction so the parking and walking to the hotel were rather gruesome in the cold. The location is hard to get to from the interstate.
Actually, it's a great location depending on where you want to spend your time in Atlanta.
The venue was sufficient for the event we were attending Extremely convenient to stay in the same hotel as the event Nice room, no difficulties or complaints Bed was not one of those ridiculous pillow-top ones but it wasn't hard and cheap, either Denying maid service gave a $5 food voucher
Really expensive Seemed like concierge services such as luggage delivery were forced Felt like we were expected to have tons of luggage and require help, which we weren't Parking garage situation was ridiculous - how far it was to park Getting out of the hotel was a pain Breakfast was not included and all options were expensive Water pressure was poor and shower never got hot enough Only booked for convenience, I'm sure it's a great and classy hotel with great services (that we mostly denied because we are simple and didn't need the assistance), we just didn't need to be fussed over
Everything especially the pool
Really nice hotel with a great breakfast
Checked in after 9 pm so, thankfully, room was ready.
Garage needs more handicap parking, long walk from self parking to lobby for someone with chronic back issues. Time for hotel to upgrade to free wifi as well as provide room key access to all entrances after hours. Addressed concerns with night manager (parking, smoke smell in room, etc.). He offered to make an "adjustment" to my bill, received $12 refund. I wasn't expecting a free stay but that didn't cover taxes and fees for one night. I do commend the concierge and day manager for offering to carry our bags after noticing how our displeasure upon check-out.
Poor standards. Could do better
The hotel staff were wonderful, the pool and hot tub area exceptionally nice for a big downtown hotel.
Part of the entry area is under construction which made things a bit confusing
Upon arrival we weren't too happy because of all the construction and they where still charging for parking.. But, I have immediatly spoke with the manager on duty Alexis Johnson which was an awesome girl.. She made sure my boyfriend and I were very accommodated she fixed us right up.. But the location is great if you are a couple wanting to enjoy yourself its great.. She moved our room to a club house corner suite the hotel was VERY CLEAN the employees were nice even Jessyca in the club room was a nice young lady.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again soon!!
Hot tub didnt work in our room
The staff were extremely helpful, it was a great experience and I now know what they mean by southern hospitality!!!!!!
There was nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience
THere was a bottled water in the room for the first night. Fresh towels daily. Bed comfortable. All staff very friendly and courteous.White bedspread was very clean.Room service menu was more extensive than most.
Hallway carpeting looks as though it has not been cleaned for more than 5 years Our room was close to the service area of some kind/could hear banging of equipment whenever in room. I had to pay $25 for internet service.Would like to have had bottled water daily, as tap water poor quality. We attempted to call desk to change rooms as soon as arriving, waited on hold for more than 5 minutes /hung up.Did not like remote ground floor location/looked around corner before entering room each time to be sure we were safe.Needs to be a Sheraton sign at the UPS entrance side/where the vehicle pullup is.Bathroom corner floor had dirt accumulation in corners.Need to put a luggage rack in the room.Switch on bedside lamp about to break off.Need to have a hotel restaurant. No grocery or other stores nearby.
All staff members were fantastic
Cost per night was high to have very little amenities available
The common areas were very nice. I liked that the rooms had starbucks coffee. The beds were really comfortable
It was pricey. I've stayed in nicer for cheaper.I think having to pay for parking is ridicules
