Friendly staff, great location, decent breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the pool and work out room.
would like pool open earlier/ would have liked to have option to eat at hotel, but I knew there wasn't a restaurant before we got there.
Location was nice.
Plastic utensils in 100$+ hotel?
Staff was absolutely great! There were some computer glitches while checking in and out, but the staff and management were great in resolving the issues. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel bar was good and the bartender was very friendly.
No access from Hanover or W. Baltimore street, so you had to walk to Fayette St. which is a little scary at night. The bed was a bit on the soft side.
That I had to pay for Parking while I stayed at your hotel
The hotel is located rather ok for Baltimore. The purple charm circulator is only one block away. Good restaurants can be found all around (check out Nando's!).
Whilst the lobby looks very modern, the rooms clearly need a makeover. The carpets in the rooms look rather shabby. The breakfast was quite a loud and messy afair (seems the personnel had a hard time keeping up with cleaning after all the football supporters).
The location was great! Rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable.
Toilet was stopped up. Rooms were not really that sound proof.
Big and comfortable rooms. The lobby gave a luxurious impression. Everyone of the staff that we encountered was very friendly and service minded.
The breakfast was horrible. It consisted of few pieces of dry bread, boiled eggs that was so over cooked you couldn't eat them. One of the waffle stations was closed so there was a big line you had to wait. All the utensils where in plastic. We expected more from a hotel at this price range.
Central location Big rooms with lots of space Friendly and helpful staff Clean
They did not have our booking on record when we arrived, but sorted it out for us pretty quickly The breakfast area gets extremely busy and they can clean the areas where the food is a bit more regularly
Friendly staff, very clean rooms, very comfortable pillows and beds, excellent complimentary breakfast with many choices, spacious dining area with window views. There is shuttle service available. We were on the 15th floor and city noise was not an issue. I would defintely stay here again. I had been worried about some of the extremes in reviews, but I was happy with our stay. I
Some confusion in communication with hotel staff before and at arrival. Also be aware that the hotel parking situation is paid valet only! So we parked in an underground parking garage just across the street, and although we were glad we had somewhere to park our own car, that facility did leave something to be desired!
It was a nice and clean hotel. The room was great. View was beautiful.
We were on the 9th floor and you could hear everything going on down on the street. The windows are not double pane so the noise was awful, enough to keep you up all night.
The size of the room was terrible. We literally had to go accrossed the bed to get to the bathroom.
The staff was nice.
The hotel is outdated. The toilet is so close to the sink, I kept hitting my elbow on the corner when I would flush. Speaking of flushing, the toilet was slow and the shower didn't drain at all. I paid $350 for the night and would have had a better deal at a motel 6. The staff was great but the hotel needs MAJOR updating. I didn't like paying for parking given the money I spent.
Lisa at the front desk was very professional and helpful in coordinating receipt of a Fed Ex package on a very busy Saturday morning. Beds were extremely comfortable with excellent a air conditioning.
Outdoor and comparable small pool was only available option. Breakfast buffet layout is very poor which led to much delay in getting food. Access to milk and utensils is cramped into inside corner layout jammed in with waffle mix and irons and bread/bagels bins. Simple solution is to provide on separate table away from cereal bins.
The pool access was very limited!
Bedding was very comfy, nice outdoor rooftop pool, complimentary breakfast was very nice.
The valet parking made things very simple in a town that has limited parking available.
The room was nice, but in this day and age I suggest that they add a USB port so you can charge your phone easier. The desk had plugs for normal wall outlets and "dummy" spots for adding additional plugs. I suggest that they look to that as a possible solution.
Room size Front desk staff ( gold star to Jared) Comfortable bed Right where I needed it to be in the city Hey Booking some family don't travel with children!
Only so so breakfast but much like European buffet option No newspaper
The staff was fabulous.
The food was not. Something a little different from every Holiday Inn, Days Inn, Radisson on the planet would be nice.
The staff was awesome.
It was a very old building. Nothing is wrong with that, but they didn't modernize it at all. The beds were very uncomfortable. House keeping barely cleaned the room. It's fairly expensive and I don't believe you get your money's worth at all. It wouldn't be a hotel I would stay at in the future unless it was a last option.
Small dark room. Dirty carpet in room
Lost reservation Tried to give us a dirty room Cared less about us staying at their hotel
location to camden yards staff cleaniness of room
Close proximity to the harbor and the ball park.
I wish things weren't so expensive.
bed sheets and bathroom were clean. the valet staff were fast and efficient.
There was food in the microwave from the precious guests.
