The staff was very helpful and very accommodating. Couldn't believe that I was able to get such a great bargain for this hotel. Perfect location!! Thank you for helping to make the memories of the night extra special! Oh and checkout at 1pm- awesome!
I booked a discount room, which was small with a small bathroom. For the value, I can't complain. For a solo traveler it would be excellent or for a couple not planning to be in the room for more than a few hours. If you are planning a romantic weekend or trying to impress, pay more for one of their better rooms. It's a great property and location. I appreciated the option of a bargain rate room for the limited purpose of our trip.
Cant beat the location!
Security guard was slow as molasses when the hotel inadvertently locked us out.
I loved the intimacy of the the shops at the Prudential Center and the Top of the Hub restaurant. Everything was all together.
Early check in, friendly staff, comfy
Pool was closed and we were never told when we made the reservation.
Piped-in perfume throughout garage level and lobby was delightful.
Poor wifi reception in-room - per diem access should be rock-solid. Advertised (perhaps not by the hotel) as having a spa - has sauna but no hot tub. As with most urban Boston locations, vagabonds may freely enter and leave the hotel.
Own Parking space.too expansive
Great location. Very helpful staff. would definitely recomend
Paying for parking and wireless
Location was excellent Staff very friendly and good
Room service charges too much Shouldn't have to pay for wifi in a hotel like this. Free in lobby but not in room.
I like the location, very central, close to shops and restaurants at the Prudential Center. Convenient access to public transportations.
Comparing to my experience with the same basic standard room, this one was very expensive.
Location, Location, Location - couldn't have been better. For such a big hotel, the rooms were nice and quiet too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
A little pricey - bearing in mind there was no breakfast included! The pool was a little on the cool side for little ones!
Location to the local mall and food court. Good pool and fitness facilities Later checkout time of 12 noon.
WIFI charges. Breakfast not included in rate. Room furniture a bit tired.
We stayed in a room on one of the Club floors, up at the top of the North wing. It was very clean, comfortable and well decorated, and had great views over the city. The staff were excellent, very helpful.
The air conditioning in the room was very noisy on some settings, even with the fan at its lowest. The windows don't open, so we were stuck with a choice between a very stuffy or a very noisy room at night.
Club lounge was very good. Great view and food.
No newspapers available in the lobby for guests.
Loved the location. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopper & the T.
No free wifi in the rooms for the price you pay for rooms, wifi should be provided.
Told staff we were celebrating our engagement and we were upgraded to a River View suite! Lovely note of congratulations and a box of chocolates. Made our stay! Hotel was in great location, suite was stunning.
Helpful reception staff Very comfortable beds and choice of pillows Efficient bell staff
Draughty lobby Poor wifi reception Doesn't have its own coffee shop just a Starbucks with staff who let the hotel down
Good location for sights, shopping and subways.
Extremely small bathroom in king size room. No free wifi - $10 a day. No bath robes. Only one bottle of water on first night. $40 a day car parking charge.
Ability to print tickets Location & indoor links to prudential building Hotel/airport shuttle bus Shampoo & handcream
View from window Small bathroom
Arrival was late and we were looked after very well by the Tarek at reception .. we could use all facilties in club are next day till our late flight too
booked for 2adults and 12 year old child for atriple room , it onlyu had a large king bed for us all
The mall at prudential building.
They over charge my credit card twice!! The staff needs to be trained to be responsible and to be more courteous the room is very low class I stay in a suite for 1 week wanted to run out of this place holiday inn express has better quality of room than this sheraton hotel I give a minus 10 star don't recommend any executive or any family to stay at this location.
Staff were very friendly. Smooth check in and. Easy check out. Fabulous location, within walking distance of major sites. Well equipped gym. Loved being attached to the Prudential Centre for the rainy day shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel
Room was small but clean. Cleaning woman was very nice and considerate. Decent view of river
Allison, at check in was extremely rude and unpleasant. Her attitude was the same at check out. I will not stay there again the next time I am in boston
You can always count on a Sheraton to provide a comfortable, clean and meet all your basic needs.
Large hotel... not a 'charming' quaint, local experience.
