quick and early checkin and checkout.
Our room was facing a brick building (No scenery at all). The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom had a step-up to ajacent room(Very dangerous). Had to pay for parking even though I was staying at hotel. Will definately not stay here again nor will I recommend to anyone. Bathroom tub could use some scrupping. shower spout not enough pressure.
There was no Internet and had to pay 9.95 for it if we wanted it
Location was great for shopping , sightseeing and restaurants. Right on the T for convenient public transit.
Hard to find the lobby when you enter from the Prudential shops. High parking fee.
Good location, pleasant and helpful staff.
Main dining room lacks any character- maybe being refitted?
location. staff friendliness.
unfortunately room was next to elevators which was noticeable more at night
Great day and night in Boston
The hotel was very large and it was more of a business hotel. Quite expensive. Wi-Fi is only free in the lobby.
Although Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, we were not made aware of this. We had to sign up to something (although this was free), to access free Wi-Fi in our room.
Pillows all too soft
Best view ever room 2965!
I have to pay for internet?
the comfort and the proximity of restaurants. Very good I recommend it to the travelers to Boston
Noise, vallet parking unbelievable expensive, poor quality wifi in public areas
Generous size of some bedrooms Bath as well as shower Brilliant location Ease of getting there from airport
Convenience and price
Everything was good
Great location, great service, great view.
The club breakfast doesn't have hot food and is poorly laid out- waiting in lines, no traffic flow, inadequate seating.
View from the room, but not worth the overall price.
Overall Value for price. Space very limited for a King room which is supposed to house 3.
Clean spacious room, great location, easy walk to Fenway Park, House of Blues, convention center, restaurants, and shopping. We even walked to the North End, and the Freedom Trail.
The bathroom was small.
The convenience to the mall was excellent
the location is so convenient here; you are connected to the Prudential Center and within a five minute walk to Newbury St, Copley Square, several dining choices and a couple of green line T stops. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and we never waited more than a minute for an elevator. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.
Location Facilities Physical structure
Close to everything! Pleasant staff and very accommodating.
I wish Starbucks stayed open later.
We liked the location, cleanliness of the room, lovely view, clean pool with plenty of towels, helpful staff and good value.
The other residents were very noisy and I was woken throughout the night by loud revellers and people shouting, laughing and screaming. Perhaps some reminders in the elevators and hallways to remember to respect the other residents.
Great location. Meeting family, who were also staying there.
Using Booking.com, our first reservation was made for the wrong dates. That was corrected, but somehow had morphed into 3 rather than 1 room. When we arrived, despite our confirmation number the hotel had no record of our reservation. They found us a very VERY cramped room with a view of a brick wall. Our relatives' rooms were much nicer and had access to the Club Lounge which we did not. For this we spent around $1,000?
The new wing has good climate control. Beds are not big but are comfortable and clean. Location is hard to beat. Nice pool.
The "small" things that make a hotel worth going back to were missing. To be charged $10 for a day of internet when you pay $260(+ tax) for the room is cheap on the hotel's part- small coffee shops offer free wifi now. There were 3 sets of towels for 4 people. No mini-fridge; no vending machines, and no open coffee shop on the hotel premises at 11 pm- only room service that charges exorbitant sums for a small snack. And very, very noisy in the lobby. We will look elsewhere next time.
Terrible view from window - roofs of technical sides and very close to the second building!!! All other hotels in neighbourhod ara better!!!
Convenient location, numerous facilities and late check-out. Helpful staff as well
Extra charge for room Wi-Fi (10 bucks a day). Seriously guys? This is 2014 and this practice needs to go the way of the dodo
