I like the location, very central, close to shops and restaurants at the Prudential Center. Convenient access to public transportations.
Comparing to my experience with the same basic standard room, this one was very expensive.
Location, Location, Location - couldn't have been better. For such a big hotel, the rooms were nice and quiet too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
A little pricey - bearing in mind there was no breakfast included! The pool was a little on the cool side for little ones!
Location to the local mall and food court. Good pool and fitness facilities Later checkout time of 12 noon.
WIFI charges. Breakfast not included in rate. Room furniture a bit tired.
We stayed in a room on one of the Club floors, up at the top of the North wing. It was very clean, comfortable and well decorated, and had great views over the city. The staff were excellent, very helpful.
The air conditioning in the room was very noisy on some settings, even with the fan at its lowest. The windows don't open, so we were stuck with a choice between a very stuffy or a very noisy room at night.
Club lounge was very good. Great view and food.
No newspapers available in the lobby for guests.
Loved the location. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopper & the T.
No free wifi in the rooms for the price you pay for rooms, wifi should be provided.
Told staff we were celebrating our engagement and we were upgraded to a River View suite! Lovely note of congratulations and a box of chocolates. Made our stay! Hotel was in great location, suite was stunning.
Helpful reception staff Very comfortable beds and choice of pillows Efficient bell staff
Draughty lobby Poor wifi reception Doesn't have its own coffee shop just a Starbucks with staff who let the hotel down
Good location for sights, shopping and subways.
Extremely small bathroom in king size room. No free wifi - $10 a day. No bath robes. Only one bottle of water on first night. $40 a day car parking charge.
Ability to print tickets Location & indoor links to prudential building Hotel/airport shuttle bus Shampoo & handcream
View from window Small bathroom
Arrival was late and we were looked after very well by the Tarek at reception .. we could use all facilties in club are next day till our late flight too
booked for 2adults and 12 year old child for atriple room , it onlyu had a large king bed for us all
The mall at prudential building.
They over charge my credit card twice!! The staff needs to be trained to be responsible and to be more courteous the room is very low class I stay in a suite for 1 week wanted to run out of this place holiday inn express has better quality of room than this sheraton hotel I give a minus 10 star don't recommend any executive or any family to stay at this location.
Staff were very friendly. Smooth check in and. Easy check out. Fabulous location, within walking distance of major sites. Well equipped gym. Loved being attached to the Prudential Centre for the rainy day shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel
Room was small but clean. Cleaning woman was very nice and considerate. Decent view of river
Allison, at check in was extremely rude and unpleasant. Her attitude was the same at check out. I will not stay there again the next time I am in boston
You can always count on a Sheraton to provide a comfortable, clean and meet all your basic needs.
Large hotel... not a 'charming' quaint, local experience.
Everything else but what is indicated in the "don't like".
In the bathroom the hook at the back of the door is useless. Why would anyone put it so high that hardly anyone can use it!!!! Also the shower head is also so high that it could not be reached to change it's position since it was spaying partly the wall. On Sunday morning I went to breakfast at the restaurant and took the buffet, Unfortunately I was disappointed that everything was cold!! The meal was not worth the cost. For such a nice hotel you would think that you could have a least food that is warm.
Being in a room by the elevator. Thats all you could hear all night. No clock in room. No room service folder. Went for my one year wedding anniversary. . Will never go back.
Location Amenities Service Room size and confort
One day they did not make up our room, regardless of the time we left. The room service menu was very overpriced, and also they were slow to pick up the room service trey once it was left outside the room.
The room was freezing, asked a manager to help, but no one did. The room was never hoovered in the 5 days I was there.
Proximity to Boston COnservatory
Very Pricey for the room and for the parking
Staff Location Facilities
Lovely rooms, maid service daily, comfortable beds in quiet rooms. Great location in back bay. Walking distance to Boylston street, fenway park, Harvard, cheers bar etc. Fantastic gym facilities and indoor pool area.
It would be harsh to mention the queue at starbucks!!
The bedroom was very large and clean . An excellent bathroom and shower . We requested a room with a view and the receptionist was most obliging . The view toward the river was superb.A really lovely stay at Boston .
The view of the Charles River was amaxing and their hotel restaurant was awesome! Top quality food and the best New England clamp chowder I ever had!
Room was a bit small and a couple of hidden fees I wasn't aware of.. $50 room deposit upon arrival and to park it's either $50 valet or $50 self garage parking. Got lucky and ended up doing street parking on a Saturday night for a $2 and was free all day Sunday.
Didn't have the king bed I reserved. Ended up with double beds
