The bedroom was very large and clean . An excellent bathroom and shower . We requested a room with a view and the receptionist was most obliging . The view toward the river was superb.A really lovely stay at Boston .
Beautiful place and excellent staff.
No breakfast and lap pool is hard to hang out in. For the price you should atleast get a simple breakfast.
1) wi-fi connecting not free 2) very noise in the last night, people shouting and screaming, I guess they had a party going on 3) valet parking very pricy
The room was very nice, bed was very comfortable, beautiful view. Gym and pool were excellent as well. Service was outstanding.
Bathroom was a little small, but it wasn't a big deal at all.
Room size was grand. We put a requested in for interconnecting rooms just a couple of days before staying there and they accommodated us straight away. Staff were lovely. Starbucks on sites close to nice restaurants. The Cheesecake Factory is right beside it. You can get to a mall from the hotel lobby.
No toilets by the pool.
Location was superb having stayed there many times over the years in all weathers having Prudential shopping complex on the door.
The renovation work has improved the outlook of the hotel
The bathrooms are small and the porters are very very lazy
Loved the view, the room was great with a very comfortable bed.
The view and the noise during night and morning
lovely room, furnishings, and updated modern bathroom. Nice upgraded bed linens and towels too great room
lobby was loud w/ people
Rude reception, wrong room. Paid for one type of room, were given another of lesser value. Why? The explanation given - Booking did not fax the information to the hotel so the hotel had no idea we were coming. The hotel had to call booking to confirm and as a result they did not have the room. No credit was given for the inconvenience. When the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night, the hotel had no procedure as to how to deal with hundreds of people. Evacuation information was not given. People had no idea what to do or where to go. No contingency plans existed so patrons were subjected to long lines and long wait to get back to their room as the hotel had limited number of elevators. As a result people spend 15 min outside waiting for the fire department and over an hour at 5 a.m. waiting to get back to their rooms. Shame on Sheraton for not having any procedure in place.
quick and early checkin and checkout.
Our room was facing a brick building (No scenery at all). The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom had a step-up to ajacent room(Very dangerous). Had to pay for parking even though I was staying at hotel. Will definately not stay here again nor will I recommend to anyone. Bathroom tub could use some scrupping. shower spout not enough pressure.
There was no Internet and had to pay 9.95 for it if we wanted it
Location was great for shopping , sightseeing and restaurants. Right on the T for convenient public transit.
Hard to find the lobby when you enter from the Prudential shops. High parking fee.
Good location, pleasant and helpful staff.
Main dining room lacks any character- maybe being refitted?
location. staff friendliness.
unfortunately room was next to elevators which was noticeable more at night
Great day and night in Boston
The hotel was very large and it was more of a business hotel. Quite expensive. Wi-Fi is only free in the lobby.
Although Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, we were not made aware of this. We had to sign up to something (although this was free), to access free Wi-Fi in our room.
Pillows all too soft
Best view ever room 2965!
I have to pay for internet?
the comfort and the proximity of restaurants. Very good I recommend it to the travelers to Boston
