ちょうどアニメ祭りのようなものがホテルで開催されていて、他の部屋がうるさかったり、ロビーにネット難民のような若者であふれていた事が残念でした。でもしょうがないかな。 |

会議場にくっついていたので、会議利用者としては非常に便利でした。会議参加者の団体予約期間中にもかかわらず、満室になって利用できないとされながら、値をつり上げている他の予約システムで空室があるのは、疑問でした。いずれのシステムにしても、予約されてしまっていたら、ホテル側としては対処できないとは思いますが。 掃除も行き届いて、非常に綺麗でしたが、部屋に冷蔵庫がないのが、長期滞在者からは困ると聞きました。 |

Rooms with connecting doors have no sound insuation: you hear your neighbors like if they are in your room. Dirty carpeting. Dirty restroom on ground level |

I made a birthday request for my son via email and the hotel responded very nicely. It was a nice gesture. bathroom was a little small and no fan in the there. |

Easy access to the T, shopping and dining We were on the 21st floor and the doorways to the rooms and the bathrroms inside the rooms were extremely small, narrow for some reason. |

We always work in Boston and it was the first time we have stayed at the Sheraton Boston. Many times we stayed at the Sheraton Cambridge Hotel. But the location of the Sheraton Boston was great specially for shopping and theatre. And also we were near Harvard School of Public Health where we worked. |

convenience When we checked in, the desk clerk told us he would adjust our rate (reduce the second day by $100) when we checked out, the clerk (a different one) told us that the adjustment would not be made. |
