the cost!!!

A desk clerks were so good correspondence.

A shuttle bus was super expensive. A desk clerk said $7 each person but, a driver call to pay us $35 for 3 people. That was the worst incident.

Charged money over the receipt and have not taken yet.

Convenient location.

Expensive but then again it is competitive with similar hotels in Boston.

The location to the "T" and to shopping, restaurants, bars, attractions was Perfect! - availability to check in early was nice.

They have 4 elevators in our tower, only 2 were working. They automatically over charge you by $50-$60, for incidentals which is ok, but they don't tell you this! That's shady! We didn't have a car, but it was $49 to park there, that's absurd! Glad we didn't bring a car! The 2 people working for the lines to check in/out especially on a weekend with the Red Sox , Bruins and Celtics having home games.. Un heard of.. The lines went from the front desk out to the valet station.. About 65-75 feet!

Very clean, amentities and location.

The bartender was extremely rude. City tax and state tax, fees I wasn't aware I would have been charged.

Everythign was clean, rooms were fine. Decent value for the money for the location

The time it took to check in (22 minutes) is absolutely horrible. It should never take this long to check in to a hotel. I would consider not staying there again because of this. Really poor design having many people checking in and only 2 or 3 people at the front desk. Really bad.

No working vent in bathroom, T.V. remote not working correctly. Paid to much found out after my stay that I could have saved money

Location is great. Visit for the BAA 5 k. Also loved the club house and gym. Great people work there.

Alittle pricey

Kind of expensive. Unexpected Massachussetts lodging taxes.

The hotel was quite luxurious ,but it was also very expensive.i have never stayed at a big city before, so the price may be comparable.

In such a big hotel it would have been nice to have a spa area with massages

The noise - walls are thin and could hear people in the halls at 1 am

The bed was very comfortable. The room had a great view overlooking the city and The Charles River. The pool and exercise facilities were great.

The elevators were a bit slow.

There was a dance competition the night I stayed. check in was a nightmare! had to wait way too long. My opinion, should have been a separate check in line for all those guests attending competition and allow the rest of us to check in quickly!

Mall attached to the hotel. Easy access to public transportation.

The pool was too cold to swim in.

The room was small not clean, the closet door and bathroom door had a big stain that look like blood, discusting. Sheets were not clean. The pool was not clean at all.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Back Bay, in walking distance to the Freedom Trail, The Boston Common and, Newbury Street. There are air bridges connecting the hotel to a major shopping mall and the green line of the t, which will take you pretty much anywhere in the city. Great facilities, friendly staff. During the storm the hotel provided free wi-fi which was great.

The only real issue I had with the hotel is the price of the internet, which has a high daily rate ($9.95), but even worse is per device.

After I had spent three days at Sheraton Back Bay Boston, I returned for may departure on the 14th and then I spent one more night there. The hotel is outstanding in all aspects I can think of: location, policy, assistence, politeness, security, confort, and most of all, they don't pretend to be green or customer sensitive, they actually are. They never, any of the agents, the roomkeepers, on different days and different circusntances, denied to solve a problem or even showed distress, impatience or any kind of disconfort. This is a place to return always and the price is fair.

The only thing I didn't like is that, I liked Sheraton Back Bay Boston so much, that I am afraid I will not try different hotes the next times I am in Boston.

The swimming pool and sport facility is great

The room could have been cleaner, but globally cleanliness was ok

The bathroom had been only half updated. Counter, toilet and floor were great but the tub was shabby. It still functioned well and in the grand scheme of things was not a big deal.

full size pool for the kids and workout room for adults.

I am in communication with the parking service since my vehicle was damaged while in their care. The elevator system was the worst I've ever seen in my life. 3-5 minutes was the shortest wait time for an elevator. Up to 10+ minutes another time before taking the stairs. Stairs from floors 2 and 3 were not accessible, they were behind a locked service door.
