    dirty coffee maker(previous coffee pack was not emptied), dirty glasses. front desk was rude when asking check out time and buffet times.

    Nice, comfortable room and friendly staff. I had a late flight out and I was allowed a late checkout

    I was not a fan of the restaurant.

    Good location close to the BWI airport. 24H shuttle which also takes you to the AMTRAK station if required.

    Would expect free wi-fi in such a hotel - This is already a standard in much simpler hotels.

    Parking free of charge. 15 minuets from down town/inner harbor. Good restaurant

    Pool very small.

    I particularly liked the customer service provided by Natarsha, waitress in the restaurant. Very pleasant and accommodating without being overbearing.

    There was nothing I found acceptable.

    Close proximity to airport and conference location.

    Staff was not accommodating; gave me the feeling we had to contend for any request. Shuttle was over 45 minutes late in picking us up. No compensation of any sort offered for inconveniences. No refrigerator in room; no dinner options in hotel; breakfast is over priced.

    We liked the park and fly option, we were able to leave our car overnite whilst we flew to Detroit. The free airport shuttle was great

    The property was centrally located near BWI airport. Staff was helpful. Property was clean and well maintained.

    I missed not having a dresser in the room.

    The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The location was close enough to downtown Baltimore that we were able to take a cab to the baseball game.

    I loved my stay at the Sheraton; it is booking.com I had a problem with. The clerk couldn't find my reservation at first because the online person put my initial (R) as my last name. My name is Donna R. Copeland.

    Staff at counter was friendly. Shuttle driver went extra mile to give us travel brochure of Washington, D.C., our next destination.

    My daughter and I arrived late and left very early the next day. We did not get a chance to enjoy but I will definitely stay there again in the future. It is a beautiful hotel and the room was very comfortable. I liked that I could safely park my car there and get a shuttle to BWI Airport.

    I only found it difficult to locate while driving there, but otherwise everything else was perfect.

    Great hotel room and friendly customer service

    Pool was too shallow and having a life guard just feet away made it a bit uncomfortable as well as clearly unnecessary

    Friendly, helpful front desk. Crisp, clean sheets.

    Broken bulb and loose lamp fixture. Sink drained very poorly.

    We were upgraded to Club Level which gave us the option of drinks and fruit and granola bars at our leisure. Nice breakfast offered as well. We asked for a later check-out time and they were able to give us more time to check out. Staff very friendly and helpful.

    The restaurant was excellent. The Sunday morning desk lady was absolutely wonderful. She filled in a lot of details that we didn't get at check in the day before.

    No guide in the room to let you know what TV channels were available. Did we miss it?
