Convenience to Airport and shuttle service. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
Pressure from staff to take an evening meal in restaurant. My wife and I were having a quiet drink in the bar after a long day's driving and were approached twice by restaurant staff to ask if we wanted to eat.
Upon arrival there was no TP in the room. Pool looked old and dirty. Hot tub not working. Bar area was pretty much right in the middle of the lobby. We were 2 50+ females, went to have a drink. There were 7 people at the bar. We asked if they could put music on the TV and were told we could watch sports or news and there was no news. (Never heard of TV without news) We made friends with 2 people at the bar did 2 shots, had 2 drinks and at 10 pm the bartender totally insulted us by telling us he did not feel comfortable serving us any more. Everyone left the bar and we sat outside. No one was out of line or drunk. It was ridiculous. No need to go there and spend $180 for 1 nite.
Pillows were great!!!!
Bed was too soft!!! Waited too long at airport for thr shuttle!!!
The staff at the front desk was excellent!
I chose this hotel for its indoor pool, but never got to enjoy it because they shut it down early due to noise complaints from patrons. This should've been avoided by placing guests who were not with the pageant convention away from the pool so they would not be disturbed by the children in the pool. Also my tub clogged so when I took a shower the water pooled around my ankles, which literally made my skin crawl.
We will continue to visit and we've decided it is definitely our stay of choice for future trips/
It is the best hotel and very clean quite place for vecation trip I enjoyed
cost of food and drinks
Staff, cleanliness, comfort were the best and key for visit.
Appearance of of my restroom, some of the wall was peeling off and some water stains on the bathroom ceiling. Other than that everything else excellent.
Electrical problems in the room that couldn't be fixed. Wasn't told that I was in a room for handicapped with a shower that was inadequate for a non handicapped person.
The lobby was very nice The TV channels were good
The breakfast was expensive Wifi was not working when I arrived, but late night, they got it fixed
airport shuttle and kindness of the staff
Very nice wait staff in the restaurant
Indoor pool was freezing cold, hot tub not working, room was subpar with getting an adjoining room, could here the drunk idiots as though they were in the room . Worst hotel ever.
The beds were comfortable
The rooms were old and run down. Walls warped and moldy, wallpaper and paint peeling, carpet holey, doors dented and dinged. Not worth the $$ and definitely not 4-5 stars as rated by others.
Staff rude, ignored us from the bar to the checkin.
Restaurant on site with bar
Pricey - but really needed a room
The shuttle service to the airport, the staff, and room service was excellent.
To pay $500 for a hotel room that was worth about $150 just because the airport was closed due to a rainstorm. There were no other hotels that close to the airport with a restaurant. The roads were very, very, bad and it was difficult to even get a taxi...so on top of a cancelled flight the price was outragous but I didn't want to sleep at the airport for two night in a row....
