It is centrally located on the Chicago River. We had a room with a great view and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. As it is a family friendly hotel, do not come here if you do not like families with children.

I wanted to take my frieds to chicago. They loved the hotel I choose. I wanted location and price, I did not know that parking was extra. You should let people know that. They extra money for parking plus not any room in the bar area

When I check-in, they said, the people who check-in should be over 21, I think it's not very good.

I liked the location, it was very convenient to Navy Pier, where I was attending a conference. When I got there the first night, they said they were 'overcommited' and that they were going to need me to stay in a room the first night different than the room the other nights. When I got up to the room they intended for me, it was a dang conference room, with a rollaway twin bed. I had prepaid for 3 nights, they had had my $$ for days, and they gave my room away? That is amazing! And not in a good way.

Nice staff and convenient, plus nice views The hotel needs more dining choices, especially for families with children, even for business travelers. The lobby is gorgeous, but the halls and the rooms look a bit low budget. The parking fee for overnight guests is absolutely ridiculous and could be a major deal breaker for returning guests.

Great location near the river and the shopping areas of central Chicago. For $275 a night I would expect to have breakfast included in the room price, as well as wireless internet (which even hostels provide for free). It was quite disappointing to have to pay additionally for these. Also, for a top hotel I found the room rather old-looking and worn. For that price they definitely need to invest in new room fittings soon.

I used to be a club mbr and wish I could be again, but I don't use the sheraton hotels like I used to mainly due to a job change years ago. We enjoyed Chicago and staying at the Sheraton, it was relaxing, central to everything and in a beautiful and safe area. I will definitely plan on coming again to Chicago again. I've been through Chicago before on the interstate and we stayed once near the train depot back in1989 for an overnite and didn't get to see Chicago just a brief trip to the Sears Tower. Even that has changed so much. Staying at the Sheraton was a real treat. I can say enough about the hotel. Our view was terrific and the pool was great. Very minor, I called to coffee cups as the housekeeper didn't leave any on the second day of our stay; they said they would leave some in our room, but didn't.

The beds at this Sheraton are very comfortable. It was a perfect way to relax the body after running the Chicago Marathon. Also, the location was perfect for this event as well. In walking distance to both the start and finish. Thanks!

Lost our reservation then found it after we waited at the desk for 45 minutes. Offered no concession or apology. Expected luxury, got ordinary. No newspaper, no mints, no fridge etc... Concierge was not helpful, very curt. Store was closed every time I checked. Wireless only free in lobby, otherwise $13 per day. Self park cost $37 per night. Wouldn't stay there again. Booked a King/double room, but they didn't have one, got 2 doubles, no difference in price.

I had booked the room during a "peak" time, requesting 1 room for 4 adults. Room only had 1 bed and could handle only 1 roll-away. They quickly rectified situation and I was "one happy camper".

The hotel staff, especially the concierge, were really nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. I believe the bathroom of the room wasn't as good and nice as the rest of the room, the reception and the rest of the hotel.

The room had an excellent view of the city! The room was small and almost crowded. It also needed to be dusted and vacuumed better. There were 'snacks' on the floor from a previous visitor and the tables were dusty! Also the bathroom had water spots everywhere! It was a bit gross!

The location was great and the room was comfortable. The concierge's sent to to the wrong floor for the business suite and when talking about where to go for dinner that we could still get back to use the pool, they didn't know the pool had been closed due to a problem with the water. We wouldn't of eaten at the burger place on site, we would of gone out. Maybe that is why they didn't mention the pool being closed.
