The pool is outdated and needs a facelift, but there is a pool nonetheless.
We stayed on the club floor and had free wi-fi and breakfast and evening appetizers. The breakfast was continental, but has a great selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and pastries along with juices, coffee and tea. The evening appetizers were also yummy. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and so great with our 15 month old son. The location is just perfect.
Service was very friendly and efficient.
staff were not informative hotel looks old
The location of the hotel next to the Riverwalk
The room was very comfortable. The staff was also extremely helpful and fulfilled all of our requests. Couldn't be happier with my experience.
Some things are somewhat pricey... WiFi, breakfast and parking.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Conceirge service was very helpful in finding way around Chicago and providing suggestions. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Health club facilities were good.
Willingness of staff to help and the facilities. Location was great and gorgeous views
We had to call guest services several times in the morning, to get some more towels and toothbrushes'.
The staff was helpful when it came to giving directions on how to get to places in the city.
Pool closed too early. No continental breakfast. Parking was a bit expensive.
Service was great from everyone; bell staff, valet, reception
Wifi connectivity Too expensive breakhouse
Stuff was excellent
No free breakfast and it said there was online
Location was great and was nicely updated
Quite boring breakfast included, and the lounge not very exclusive, and with a lot of kids. Quite small room for a "king club".
The bed and the view, and close to a lot of things in Chicage
Staff on the other hand put a damper of stay. From checkin to any other contact during stay we experienced rudeness! Hotel was booked but we were paying just like everyone else and should've treated nicely. It was my fault overlooking that there wasn't free WiFi which was a real disadvantage for the entire family! Room was dirty with stained sheets upon checkin but everyone was too busy to mind or address the issue - attempted to complain but lines at front desk and concierge were a mile long!
Great central location, nice pool and beds are like sleeping in clouds - very comfortable!
Paid wifi-ridiculous for a 4 star establishment. Wouldn't stay again based on this alone.
Well appointed rooms, close to most tourist destinations.
The cleanliness and the staff. Rory, the manager was very helpful!
Wifi expensive and very bad connection that after the first 30 min of use asked for a new payment
Hotel is in a very nice place
Old bathrooms, felt like I was sitting on the floor to use the toilet, shower (tub)made me uncomfortable, their "pastry" shop was just an expensive restaurant - with nothing other than crossiants and one Danish (good but 16.00 for a basic breakfast is a bit much) I had a discount rate of 142.00 and I would not stay here again for 142.00 - I will go somewhere that has free internet and/or free breakfast on my next stay
Nice location, friendly atmosphere, nice lobby, comfy bed, food we ate there was good - expensive but good, bell hops grabbing taxis were great!
Walls are too thin, we could hear neighbors and has security knock on our door at night when we were just talking (no music was playing)
View was amazing, we got the highest floor which was great, room was comfortable and big enough
paid wifi..there shd be complimentary breakfast
Excellent location comfortable rooms
We were never given a club lounge key so struggled to get in every day. The lounge breakfast was pretty poor in comparison to other hotels club levels and there wasn't enough seating so we had to keep going back and forth from upstairs to get our food.
The club room was well equipped and we enjoyed the corner room with its space. It was clean and tidy.
The cleaning was not that good there was stuff under our bed and everywhere. Not like it that you have to pay for WIFI.
The location was very good. Like the poor very nice kids love it.
Bed was a little rough.
Within walking distance to the pier, mile, tower and the bean. The beautiful view from our room was an added bonus.
No brekfast. No microwave. Parking expansive.
$150 for parking; $20 for WiFi; no refrigerator for personal use
