Proximity to dca and being in Crystal City. Computers in club suite were ancient, no business center and staff seemed to struggle with English. Ordered lunch in one day and asking several questions about a salad, received something different, with the excuse that the guy who took my order and delivered the food worked in the bar.

I booked a King Room 3 weeks ago only to find the room had been allocated to someone else upon arrival. The hotel catered for school children who made the hotel noisy at night running around the corridors.

They did help me make reservations at another hotel, stff did a nice job from font desk to bell desk. Front desk when I went back to make ure I would not be billed for tht night then helped me gt my connformation letter from house computer Printed my conformation and they I'd recognize tht I was a guest. Some one had not pulled my reservation. A nice man at front desk named Alexengro then went out of his way to correct the mistake of the hotel. It was most appreciated as he gave me free parking and breakfast the next morning? Need to have sign to entrance off the major street behind hotel. Did not recognize my reservation number said I did not have reservation,

Friendly staff - Metro Station at the door - Shopping and restaurants near by - Reasonnable rates -Very comfortable bed The room was not very clean; dirty phones, dirty mirrors and stained carpet

Este hotel está bien ubicado con respecto al aeropuerto Ronald Reagan y a la linea de metro, se encuentra en un punto cercano a las principales atracciones por medio del metro y estan a pocos minutos y ni hablar de la atención del personal , así mismo contaba con un servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto, realmente regresaría a hospedarme , un hotel que te ofrece una gran comodidad para el precio que tiene.

Good location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Free internet is always good. They had a printer to print out boarding pass which was a plus. Free shuttle to DCA also a plus.

It was a good value for a convenient location near the Metro for access to Washington dc. I didn't fly, but the shuttle to airport is a nice touch. The Parking at $23/night was not a great value. It was around what you would pay for in dc. I also had issues with my booking which they resolved. There was some issue with booking.com and the hotel whereby I booked 2 nights and the hotel registered only one night.

Everything was excellent I liked you have the option for us about not to clean the room in case one want to be eco-friendly I reported a water leak in the room that did not permit me to sleep well and it was not fixed.

Priced right for DC. Temperature control in room didn't work well. Change temp. And leave room, when you return the temperature had change very little.
