A maid opend my closet and she removed my clothes from there and some of my stuff wad misplaced and some stuff was gone but hotel maneger and the maid are never ever apologize. I called customer service and they told maneger but NO NO NO! I'm still waiting their apologize. |

We enjoyed a nice clean room that was reasonably priced. It was a little to far from the beach and 3rd street promenade. We had to take a taxi every where. |

clean room, quick check in, no noise from streets. Did not put my car in the hotel parking but on the streets around the hotel thanks to recommendations of other reviewers of this and other hotels in Santa Monica. Good size room, airco and double rooms to keep noise out. |

I arrived very early in the morning after an overnight flight, and despite the hotel being fully occupied, the reception staff liaised with housekeeping, and were able to get me into a room after only a brief wait. |

It was high class for my son and I. Everything was done in good taste and everyone was very pleasant. Considering the beach was so close, I would of like to of been able to wash a load of clothes. I also think that the mandatory valet should be made clear on the web site. I don't recall seeing it. |

The reception area is beautiful - which is deceptive as the rooms are out dated and noisy. A function was being held in the penthouse, and the noise traveled all night, from music, and guests. The sound proofing is non-existent, and the AC is noisy too! We were 'upgraded' to a dual-queen room, without any warning. As a young married couple, we were expecting a King, as we had booked. |

son emplacement , par rapport à la mer et par rapport du centre ville et touristique le petit déj ,si vous ne prenez pas une chose qui est proposée a la carte (typiquement américaine evidemment ) pas le choix dans grand chose. |

Volgens receptie was er geen reservering met het gevolg dat dubbele kosten afgeschreven zijn van mijn creditcard. Lagere verdiepingen erg veel lawaai. Parkeren is erg duur. |

Alles functioneerde naar behoren, snelle reactietijd op vragen, grote en mooie lobby. Gewoon netjes en goed maar niet hoogstaand. Standaard buffet ontbijt is zeer beperkt qua keuze. Bestelling buiten buffet is extreem duur ( US $ 35.00 -40.00 pp) |
