The reception area is beautiful - which is deceptive as the rooms are out dated and noisy. A function was being held in the penthouse, and the noise traveled all night, from music, and guests. The sound proofing is non-existent, and the AC is noisy too! We were 'upgraded' to a dual-queen room, without any warning. As a young married couple, we were expecting a King, as we had booked. |

breakfast, swimmingpool (small but oke) ,the beds were ok. The airconditioning in the room was old and noisy, poor seaview,noisy ventilationsystem in bathroom. |

die lage des Hotel ist ziemlich laut und weit weg vom Strand und der Pool sehr klein und die Parkplatzkosten viel zu hoch |

Volgens receptie was er geen reservering met het gevolg dat dubbele kosten afgeschreven zijn van mijn creditcard. Lagere verdiepingen erg veel lawaai. Parkeren is erg duur. |

Alles functioneerde naar behoren, snelle reactietijd op vragen, grote en mooie lobby. Gewoon netjes en goed maar niet hoogstaand. Standaard buffet ontbijt is zeer beperkt qua keuze. Bestelling buiten buffet is extreem duur ( US $ 35.00 -40.00 pp) |

Een zeer matig hotel;parkeren wordt verkeerd aangegeven; het is verplicht valet parking terwijl er een bord buiten hangt dat het parkeren gratis is vond het personeel zeer afstandelijk; men probeert zeer trendy te zijn en de loungemuziek in de lobby begint na een uur behoorlijk te irriteren; Voor een kop koffie vragen ze maar liefst US 4.- (exclusief tip); |

海から遠く、シービュウの部屋が少ない。プールは写真から想像するより小さく、泳ぐスペースではない。ホテル内のレストランが充分ではない。ただ周辺レストランへの、無料のシャトルサービスがあり助かった。 セキュリティーボックスが壊れたまま。 |

Nous souhaitions rester à Santa Monica, c'est pourquoi nous avons choisi cet hotel. La sympathie et la compétence du personnel n'étaient pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le traffic sur la route le long de l'hotel est très intense. |
