Door to room did not open more than half way. Had to push it because it was stuck against the rug Room smelled of old ashtray Beds were not comfortable The check out could not print me an invoice. I have to call to get a copy

For a 4-5 star hotel you would think they would have refidgerators in the rooms

Close to Fisherman's Wharf.

We could hear the sound of the occupants in the room above when they walked across their room. One night this went on until 2am. No Fridge, free wifi only in lobby. Would not stay there again.

The hotel needs a facelift.

Our room was just in front of the city bus parking. Noisy all during the night with buses coming in and out of the parking.

The price.

We were right next to turbine fans that would come on during the night and were very loud and so we didn't sleep very well. The view from our room was of the roof with these turbine fans, so the view was also extremely disappointing.

Good location

Internet connection in rooms is a disgrace and too expensive. Parking is too expensive and late night guest noise is out of control

Good location near pier 39. Staff helpful & friendly.

Hotel could do with refurbishment. Rooms looked out of date, bathroom was V. small & needed updating. Facilities , ie bar in evening closed by 11pm.

Convenience to lots of local Attractions (walking distance ). Friendly and helpful staff .

Some beds need to be Queen Size to share, double too small .

There were insufficient front desk staff and hence service was slow. More importantly, I was given a room with a full view of the HVAC equipment for the hotel. That was all. Could see out my window-- the equipment was at the same level as my room.

Our experience was great from arrival to departure.. The Sheraton location was walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would defintely book again.

Glitch in the computer system that didn't register me in my room after I checked in.

The location is super, the facility and staff were very nice.

We stayed in a room on the east side of the hotel. The noise from the bus parking lot across the street was very loud and disrupted our sleep.

I loved the location and the close proximity to almost anything in San Francisco and Oakland. I liked the concierge and his availability.

Late night menu sparse so I couldn't really stay at the hotel and enjoy it in the evenings for late night noshes. Unable to reach hotel prior to arrival to confirm bookings of 4 rooms. Woman refused to speak and kept transferring me to 800#.

there was a room designated to be a welcome room for a group next to ours and it was a party that spilled out into the hallway. we complained that the noise was too loud, but nothing changed after that. the noise was loud until about 2 in the morning, then we could sleep. also parking was $46 per night.
