Near Fisherman's Wharf, cable car, F Streetcar stop and just across the road from a Safeway supermarket! Cosy fireplace outside the hotel makes for a nice spot for gathering. Nice gym. Free internet in lobby. Checking in and out was a breeze this time. Location is quite peaceful at night but strangely the door or room does not seems do a good job of keeping out noises. You can hear people walking by outside and chatting at night. Parking is really expensive but that is quite the norm here. Just across the road is Wharf Inn with free parking for their guests though! No fridge in the room strangely. Got a room on the 2nd floor with zero view, window is blocked by a piece of concrete slab. |

We enjoyed the ease of check in, support from the valet in finding out the closest return point for our rental car, and warm friendly lady in the coffee location in the lobby. The fire places with seating were a great place to enjoy coffe or talk with friends. |

It was absolutely amazing. Very close to everything and you can walk to everything. The couches and firepits out front were a very nice addition to this hotel and the first time I have ever seen this. |

The free internet in the lobby was good. We were within walking distance of facilities and transport. Staff were most helpful. Bathroom quite small. This might be ok for business travel but didn't really work that well for family travel. |

Very noisy both nights from 4.30 a.m. Hotel purely set up for business. Not suitable for holiday makers. Watch your bill - they overcharge. Problems with account ruined our whole holiday. |

i liked the location the staff was not friendly , they took alot of time to bring our laguage to the room , we ordered more towel , they took 1 hour and 15 m to bring it to our room |

Bed was comfortable. And coffee machine was cool. Our room overlooked a bus depot. Very noisy from 5am. Therefore my ear plugs came in handy. |

the location and the terrace to much noise. The street was near my room so we could not sleep well. The price was to expensive, The parking was too expensive too (49 USD per day) |

Clean beautiful room, very nice parking attendant and proximity to the Wharf. I did not like paying $50 a night to park my car there...I'm their guest!! |

The hotel is conveniently located to city centre transport links and piers, and for sight-seeing tours. Disappointed to find on arrival at San Francisco that there was no courtesy transfer between the airport and the hotel. A number of other hotels in SF have transfers. |

The hotel staff was so thoughtful and curteous through out our stay. They responded promptly to every need. They were super busy the evening my wife and I were checking in and they still went out of there way and surprised us with a very thoughtful act of kindness because I happened to have mentioned we just flew in from Houston for our anniverssary. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The amenities at this hotel are 4+ star ! This is a great location for the the waterfront dining, shopping, tours and downtown activities. You don't even need a car if you are on vacation and staying in the San Francisco area at this hotel because you have access to all forms of transportation. We will come back again! Stayed 9/26/09- 9/30/09 |

Large space in room, good location, nice room interior, plasma tv, friendly staff, very nice out door bench with fireplace, near pier 39 amazing place to see, easy to find taxi Very noisy cant sleep well, no fridge in the room, again no late check out!, Room serivce not 24 hours, I paid total $1350 for my 4 nights stay a bit expesive |

Nice and helpful staff. Friendly! Great location for tourist to SF. No door on bathroom/sink area with no hall light so bright light in bathroom area shown in and difficult for otjer residents if using bathroom in middle of night. |

Closeness to the Ferries. Nice interior of the hotel room. We were allowed to stay till 2 pm on the checkout day. Very small bathing area. Bus and Truck repair shop right in front of the windows and therefore early morning repair work continuing throughout the day. Floor movements in the room above ours could be heard throughout the night. Light sleepers have problems . |

Free WiFi nice fresh ambience. General efficiency. Expensive parking. Do not book a car if you are only in San Fran. Valet parking was efficient tho. |

The new contemporary feel of this hotel is excellent - the hotel is bright with nautical themes of blue and white colours. The rooms are modern, bright and well equipped. Loved the fire pits sofas outside - however they are always full never got a chance to sit there! Get there early to avoid disppointment!! |

The central location is good being handy to Pier 39 with all it's attractions including the many choices for eating out from fast food to fine restaurants, access to Alcatraz tickets is very good plus the cable cars to downtown are around the corner Rooms on the street front are noisy and you need to keep an eye out for the hobos and having to use the internet in the lobby was not ideal for us as we were in SFC on business as well a leisure, howver you do have the option of paying USD 14.95 per 24hrs which is not too bad, just annoying as was not having fridge in the room |
