Location was great and beds and TV services were great
Bathroom was small, most staff did not speak English well or engage guests. and hallway maintenance was poor
This hotel was very convenient to the wharf area, shopping and restaurants. Staff very helpful.
Pillows too soft and went flat when you put your head on them. Asked for firmer ones and got 4 more the same. Room cramped and just had the basics. Overpriced for what you get but guess you pay for the location.
Staff were excellent and very helpful
Noisy air conditioning although same as most hotels we stayed at.
It was very comfortable, and nice, security makes you feel safe. Very good location, close to everything.
If I was to complain about anything is that it was noisy, but in all fairness our room was right by the parking valet, so busy all night, we didn't sleep.
This was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to America. Extremely comfortable with excellent facilities and perfectly located only 500 metres from fisherman's wharf. However, you only get what you pay for and this was the most expensive room of the trip. There was also an extra charge of $28 per person for breakfast (we ate out) and an extortionate charge of $60 per day to park the car. Very nice but very costly!!!
Location. 1 block from the wharf. Within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Very attentive staff.
Location and ambience were good. Friendly staff. Wi-fi speed pretty good. Quiet and good king size bed. Good quality TV too.
Crowded lobby for free wi-fi. sparse facility in room, no fridge, only 1 chair, wi-fi in room far too expensive.
There wasn't really much not to like. The bed was comfortable, the service and staff were good and it was only 10 minute walk from The Alcatraz Ferry
We had a room that faced the delivery spot of the mall which waked us up at 6am. The noise kept on coming
Location Gym open 24/7 Pool area Free wifi in the lobby Good design of the hotel
No free wifi in room. No late check out
Location was great.
great location good facilities
occupants in the room above were up all night. notthere issue the floors creeked consistantly
I enjoyed that we were close to everything.
That we had to pay extra to park there at the hotel.
Clean. An close to the wharf.
The bed wasn't very comfy and the noise.
i like close to pier and close all restaurand
All staff around the hotel are very polite, with smile and helpful
Very close to Fisherman's Wharf
The bathroom set up
Location... Location... Location
Room on small side and in the annex
Staying on the first floor Having a concierge Having a little coffee shop Close location to activities Was terrific
Would have liked a refrigerator....
For anyone new to SFO, the Sheraton provided the flavor of being at an exciting seaport, having great restaurants steps away, and easy access to tours of the city and region. Hotel firepits were also a great place to sip a glass of wine and stay warm on a cool night.
Decor a little dated, and bathrooms very small. Breakfast buffet, while plentiful, really wasn't tasty. Opinion of three people...
Close handy to the piers and a multitude of restaurants. Across the road from a small shopping mall. Lots of market style vendors in the area for souvenirs.
No room service for meals The view was horrible, just bricks and air conditioning ducts. Internet was only free in the lobby and even when paid for in the room, was not a good fast service.
Modern, clean, classy bathroom, friendly and helpful staff.
Location. Staff was nice and helpful , room was modern and clean. The pool was nice
Nothing , especially after stayed 2 nights in a haunted hotel down the road, this hotel is like a heaven to me!
the fire pits are nice, the pool area was nice.
did not get the room we reserved the first night, had to move the next day, returned to find that they had not moved our luggage as promised. the AC did not cool the room during the afternoon, when the sun shining on the window, even with the blinds closed.
