Comfy bed and pillows.Exceptionally friendly staff!
Costly auto parking fees.
Extra "fees" charged to my credit card. Already overpriced to begin with
Liked accessibility to bridge Russian hill coit tower and fishermans wharf
Disappointing not to get the king we had booked - but we ended up with a nice double. Location is somewhat prone to external noise - not helped by the limited noise protection the windows offered but we still slept ok and would recommend the place as a base.
Location is perfect, staff is helpful, room is clean.
I got a room in the first floor, had to keep shades closed else people walking on the street can see inside the room. Big noise from the city (bikes, cars), you can hear and feel every step of the guests from the top floor. Free WiFi was rather slow and can be used in the lobby only.
Perfect location for visiting fisherman's wharf. Nice walk to pier and numerous food choices.
Parking price outrageous!
They started to deliver something about 2:30 and lasted over an hour. It was one of the nosiest operations I have ever encountered for the middle of the night. It awoke all the guests in the adjacent rooms so then the room to room noise (which was excessive) lasted for another hour or so sounding like they were giving dancing lessons above me.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Very clean and the location was perfect for accessing all of our needs.
No refrigerator inside the room.
good location if you were a tourist from other countries.
Good location, price was the lowest we found for a late booking on the Wharf. Only spent one night and didn't use any facilities so cant comment on those.
Noisiest a/c on the planet kicked in middle of the night and scared the life out of me. Parking $50 a night, so parked down the street for $30.
Good to located at the Fisherman's warf. 6 mins walk to pier 39. Beautiful and colorful room, cafe.
I enjoyed the hotel's location. One block from the action giving you the feel of a prime residential location, without all of the movement of tourist right outside. The ENTIRE staff was very helpful and friendly. And the lobby area was nice place and comfortable place to use the lobby free wifi.
NO FREE WI-FI in room.
Location is excellent
Hotel central, clean, and comfortable,we loved San Francisco plenty to see and do.
Breakfast was the worst we had in all our week long stay in the states,it was also the most expensive.
Staff was friendly, and price of hotel was fair.
Parking price was astronomical. I eill park elsewhere next time. The ceiling has water damage stain.
I was travelling with my Family, 4 adults, with one car, chrysler town & country. I was hosted at room 4204, Rogerio Penetra, and my son in law, Marco Goulart, was hosted at room 4219. We checkin at 21 feb and checkout 23 feb. I parked my car at hotel parking. Today 1st march I verified my credit card bill and the hotel charged twice, 4 days, the parking of my car. Hotel charged once for room 4204 and another one for room 4219. The hotel must refund my Money.
convenient to the place i had my meeting
there was a leak in the lobby and it appeared to old and was leaking at time of my stay there. the leak was not from the roof, so in my opinion it should been fixed.
The location !!
AS mentioned the room we were in was above delivery bay so it was very noisy very early in the morning. The windows need to be triple glazed.
Location, refurbished rooms are pleasant. The lobby cafe and space is a pleasant concept
Queue at reception, with only one agent on everytime I went to the desk. Rooms facing facing the driveway are noisy as people stay there and talk late at night and the windows are not sound proofed. Wifi is not free in the room - unless you are close to the lobby and can access the lobby wifi
I didn't like the fact if I wanted to cancel there was a large amount of fee that had to be paid, reguardless if canceled on time...
Went to San Fran for the NHL Stadium Series game at Levi's Stadium. Had a few day to kill before the game and was able to walk or take a short LRT ride to the main attractions around town. Pier 39 is only 2 blocks away, AT & T Stadium (baseball) was a 10 minute Uber ride, an so was the Cal Train station we took to Levi's. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The first night there we had some construction right outside our window and the staff moved us to a new room no questions asked. Great hotel overall.
Being charged $15 per day for Wi-Fi in your room, although they do have it free in the lobby. Also lots of the TV channels were fuzzy and kept going out.
The beds were the comfiest things ever! Can't fault the staff or location. Top notch!
Wifi wasn't free so we had to sit in the lobby to plan our days and the parking was ridiculously expensive at USD50 per day!
good location 、just five minutes to fishmans wharf
It's so noisy in the early morning, can not sleep any more, and not worth the monry
