全体のデザインがとても素敵でした。 予約した部屋はキング１ベットのはずがシングルツインだった。現地ツアー会社とのコミュニケーションが悪い。 |

ホテルの掃除が行き届いて清潔です、ポーターの人たちはとても頼りになります、裏手にセーフウェイがあって買い物にもとっても便利です。 裏にバスの車庫があって 一晩中車の音がします。 |

一番賑わっているピア39やアムトラック連絡バスのバス停に徒歩5分以内でいけましたし、公共交通機関も利用しやすい場所でした。ホテルの部屋も快適で、スタッフもとても親切で、素晴らしかったです。 |

Perfect location in Fisherman's Wharf - close enough to walk but also close to public transport to other parts of the city. Really convenient for Cable Car too. My daughter enjoyed the pool too - it was never very busy Free internet access in the room would have been good and when we did try to use the internet in the public areas we couldn't get connected |

The hotel is in an Ideal location for such a vibrant city as San Francisco,right a the heart of the waterfront and with very good transport links to the bustling city centre. |

Situated near to the tourist facilities. There was a breakfast buffet - not wonderful. No proper dining room for an evening meal but lots of good restaurants nearby. Probably saved money by eating out of the hotel. |

The location. I booked a king size bed and was given a room with two full sized beds. The management would not change the room or issue a refund because it was a 3rd party booking. |

The location is a bit out of the way from many SF attractions, but is on a light rail line and in a pleasant section of North Beach. The hotel itself is quite comfortable and the staff very friendly. On my last stay, our floor seemed especially noisy. |

I found the outdoor seating with the firepits area very comfortable. A nice place to have coffee in the morning and a drink before bedtime too.Only drawback is that people use this area for smoking too............. |

It was close to the wharf and also close to places where you could book tours and tour pick ups. No restaurant to have a reasonable breakfast or light meal. |

The hotel is close to everything in San Francisco. Great room w/patio near the pool. Very friendly staff. Love the "firepit rooms" outside! All in all a great stay! There is no "food" restaurant at the hotel. |

It was close to Fishermans wharf and the room was clean. The cost to park at the Hotel is very expensive ($50/day). We parked across the street for 1/2 the price. The breakfast bar was also very expensive at more than $20.00 / person. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The Hotel was very noisy, and the decor was a bit odd. |

We thought the hotel location was fantastic, and our room was just gorgeously decorated. Staff were very helpful and polite. We loved the fact that the windows open for natural air. The breakfast was a very expensive $22 each - so breakfast for two inc tax turned out to be close to $50 - a bit ott we thought. We had asked for a very quiet room, and were given an internal courtyard facing room - but the air con facilities outside kept us awake a lot and the people staying in the room above us must have been insomniacs as they kept pacing the creeky floorboards throughout... |
