Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront    

Shuttle to and from the Airport every 20 minutes. Trains (BART) from the Airport to San Francisco Down Town etc.

For the amount of money that was paid for my room I was very disappointed. I expected a lot more from a Hilton hotel. My room had holes in the ceiling and I had to be moved to another room. The hot tub/pool area was disgusting. No towels at all. Also the hot tub had a brown film all around it. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I was very disappointed in the staff's reaction when I told them about my stay.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice and comfortable. The service was excellent. The restaurant was okay.

Our remote control didn't work and was taped together - however they exchanged it and finally we got one that worked. We had to pay $18 a day for parking which I thought was outrageous considering that we were guests in the hotel and there was nowhere else to park.

We used the hotel as a place to relax and refresh between an incoming international flight and a 4 hour flight back to Michigan. The staff was wonderful, the room was extremely comfortable and clean and the location was perfectly located close to the airport for our purposes. The restaurant, in which we had lunch after eating New Zealand food for 3 weeks was a pleasure and the food excellent.

We were completely satisfied.

View, transit to airport, bay walking trail, budget friendly, we are mother/daughter reconnecting, wonderful exxperience. I would come again just to relax and read by the water. Also liked food/bar on site.

The friendly staff made our trip more enjoyable. We arrived late in the evening and had to check out early to catch a flight and the upgrade to the executive floor with breakfast helped getting us on our way quicker. Our experience was wonderful and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you

heating aircondition Sanyo so noisy, I woke up 6 times as on AUTO it starts working,there should be some change, also at the seelbach hilton louisville before so noisy , check the decibel maximum sound for people- even my earplugs didnt work- sad such nice hotels, but when you cant sleep...

Basic accommodation!

Location near airport. I had a friend flying in, meeting me at the hotel (I drove down from northern California). She was able to take a free shuttle to the hotel ahead of me, which was convenient.

Very attractive property.

When we showed up, NOBODY helped us with our mountain of bags. I had to go ask the front desk for a cart. When we almost reached our room, someone showed up to help obviously wanting a tip, even though we were almost there. Toilet kept running all night long. Then it would finally shut off and then start running again. Constant repetition. It was too late at night when we arrived to have a bunch of repair people show up. All we wanted to do was to sleep and that was tough.

The reception staff(especially Lawrence) were excellent and fond a fantastic view.Nothing was too much trouble,thankyou

I was upgraded to the executive level which was nice, but I was surprised that I was asked to pay $5 for a bottle of beer. The room itself was okay, but I would not describe it as executive.

We chose the Hilton SFO for convenience to the airport. The location on the bay with a nice walking path on the waters edge was a bonus. The staff was friendly and informative and the shuttle was on time. We would stay there again.
