I loved the hotel. It was beautiful and it was more than enough room for my family and myself. I didnt like the staff because they were not organized. When I checked in they didnt know that i had two rooms and they didnt know the prices so I had to show them my print out of my payments for both of my rooms. Also the prices are good but why pay $12 for parking when you are paying for 1+ rooms and I could have went to another hotel and not paid. Last there was no pool and every other Sheraton that I have been to has a pool.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating! We arrived after an international flight, with pets and children. We had a dental emergency that the staff helped us with! Within minutes of our check in the staff had helped me to book a dentist appt for my 7 year old daughter! I have never been so thankful for such incredibly competent and helpful people! Then the next morning each of the people who had helped us, inquired about her! I will definitely recommend the Sheraton, Chicago O'Hare to any of our friends or acquaintances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We couldn't find anything to complain about if we tried! Thanks again!

room were large shuttle came on time upon arrival staff was unwelcoming - we arrived very late, children were super tired yet they made the check in long and unpleasant, calimed that there was no reservation although I showed them my reference number et - they were not honest. for example, tried to charge us for things that we did not eat for breakfast

予約がきちんとなされておらず、booking.comの信頼性がていかした。 ホテルでは、予約内容と同等の部屋を用意するとのことであったが本来のチェックイン条件と同等であったか不- 信感を覚えた。

It appears that most of the rooms are suites which was nice. They were a bit dark. It was very difficult to get service in the restaurant. The bartender ignored me (he had no other unserved customers) and the waiter showed up after 15 minutes and walked right by me. There were 4 -5 other patrons in a dining area that must seat 150!

The service, price and size of the room. The phone number of the hotel was not on my reservation. The number on the reservation kept falling on the answering machine. Had to get online to find the correct to call for the shuttle, since it was after 23:00 hours.

距离机场近，白天觉得吵，晚上还可以。 房间卫生打扫不干净，忘记放小费，睡衣被扔到地毯上了。放了小费就会放到床上或者桌子上。酒店预定系统有问- 题，我修改了住客姓名都收到确认通知了，结果到的时候仍旧不能入住，必须之前的姓名才可以。
