Wish I could have stayed longer
I stopped in here after my flight got delayed for 4 hours and I landed at ORD at 11 PM. The staff was incredibly nice and professional and processed my room in a good time and got my upstairs quickly. The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
I can't think of anything off the top of my head that wouldn't make me recommend this hotel.
The staff over there was so friendly and helpful. Rudy was very initiative helping literally anything. For instance, he helped us signed for the membership just so we could waived WiFi fees. Even on the first day checking in, he was so genuine and actively asking all of our questions. We really had a good time over because of the friendly staff.
The bed sheet seems to be dirty. Two of us had sensitive reaction after slept on the bed. Our skin were irritated by the bed sheet, and one of us got rash and bumps all over the body.
I like it been close to the Airport, we also like it because is clean and confortable.
I do not like the parking fee,because when you add the parking fee is not such a good deal to stay there compared with other hotels.
Close proximity to airport without hearing planes traffic.
Room was fine. Lobby and restaurant area were cold. Can't imagine how it would be when temperatures drop! It was in the 30's on my stay!

the location and the size of the room. Some of the staff were equip to help. The older staff members does lend a bit of old world charm all be it a bit slow in the service department. house keeping are always around and doing a great job.
The service level from some of the staff is simply unacceptable. The admin office also does not seem to have any idea of what they are doing. I was quoted the wrong amounts on check-out twice and still was charged an amount for $492 after I left. This amount was never sanctioned by me. Further to that they cannot phone internationally thus forcing me to make all the international calls from my side to fix a mistake that they've made. Some of the staff is simply not up to international standard. The waiting staff around breakfast might carry some charm for the way in which they carry out their duties, but they are simply not professional. The website claims that a shuttle will come to the airport every 20 minutes. After 90 mins of waiting in freezing conditions I phoned and was told that you have to phone in order to be picked up. Can this little fact be changed on the website please. I'm still hoping that I'll receive the funds that I was over-charged by and would like an explanation for why and how this could happen on their systems.
lovely room, clean, comfortable
Being charged for internet after front desk personnel told me the charge had been removed (when I mentioned it to the counter agent at check out, she said, "O, you're right), $12 parking charge, parking tickets didn't open gate, location was a ways from the Rosemont action, traffic was horrible, Booking.com had wrong address listed (our GPS led us the the wrong location) and phone number on the booking.com confirmation was for group sales at the Sheraton and she was gone for the day.
The room was very spacious and the hotel restaurant served excellent food. I would recommend the flat breads and the breakfast buffet. The hotel is very close to the airport but not close to much else. You would either need a cab or a rental car to get to anyplace.
The supervisor was quick to solve problems. Very accommodating staff.
Overall, nothing is comensurate for the price. Definitely brings a bad name to Sheraton. Charging me for a warm bottled water that a had a complimentary tag was the coup de gras- they know business travellers wont argue this expense. Totally unethical and dishonest. Shame, shame.

Cooling system didn't work properly. No exhaust fan in bathroom, just a hole in the wall where one should be. Bathroom only set up for one guest (king suite) when there were two of us. No free wifi. All in all the rooms need updated. Bottom of the bathroom door was chipped and peeling apart.
Hotel facilities and cleanliness were fine. Ideal location for expo at rosemont
Staff at the bar may need to be trained up on serving customers and get directions to the bar as they were AWOL a lot!!! Also need to learn to restock as Garth Brooks was in town and even tho I don't drink bud light they ran out and didn't re stock for 2 days!!!
My room and bed was very nice
I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking, as I was a passing guest in the hotel. Understandable if I wasn't a guest. Think it's just another way for hotels to black mail you into paying. Knowing you have no choice but to pay bc you have to put your vehicle somewhere

The price to park ($12), the price for breakfast, the fact that an employee walked right past my friend and I with an empty luggage rack and never offered to help us. Also, we had no incidental charges but Bookings.com charged an additional $47.43 for Friday night, and another $50.00 for Saturday night. I've called the hotel. They told me I'd have to call Bookings.com since I booked my reservations through them and they'd have to remove it. I've had no response from them, so I'm disputing with my credit union. We didn't even make it to the hotel Friday night. I called to let them know we'd arrive the next day. I was told I could not be refunded that night, which I knew. I just wanted to make sure they didn't give the room away because it was paid for until Sunday afternoon.
No complimentary breakfast, and the breakfast menu that they did have was ridiculously expensive... $14 for a bowl of cereal?!?
