Quiet comfortable Tv access, also didn't like how payment was made, also $4.00 for one drink of water. Could have had some bottled water which was wasted. Thought it was paid for then was charged when I arrived so I don't think I was charged with senior discount. Not happy

Pool area for my granddaughter. The interior of the room was outdated and rug was worn - needs updating.

The floor in my room was soaking wet, I requested a second room and that room was next to the pool and had mold everywhere. I was there for my sister's wedding, and they were threating to close the bar early despite several conversations and plans made with the sales manager to keep the bar open later. Then the next day we were told the brunch had been cancelled when in fact it was still on. My sister was the first of all our friends who are getting married soon, and we will not be recommending the Sheraton for our guests.

Good bed. Excellent food/room service. Inadequate check-in area parking. Three "10 min" spots were filled by same cars for hours. Room 313: dirty, stained fabric desk chair; loose shower faucet would move by itself from warm to hot .

Check in was fast and easy. The omelette station at breakfast was excellent - the omelettes were done perfectly. The front lobby decor was outdated. The room was dirty - there were spots and stains on the carpet, the ceiling, the chairs and the bedspreads. It made it so that you didn't want to walk barefoot or even sit down in the chairs. The bathtub was stained - a mat was placed over it to apparently cover up the grime, but it didn't work and only make the dirt stand out more. The breakfast was not included in the price. The buffet stations were cold. For the price, there is significantly better value at other area hotels.
