Aquest hotel de Midtown Manhattan ofereix una piscina coberta i un centre de negocis. Es tracta d'un hotel novaiorquès de gran alçada, situat a prop de Times Square i els teatres de Broadway. The location was great, close to times square. The room was a reasonable size and clean. The front desk staff was extremely rude. After misplacing our reservation we were made to wait for 15mins just standing there with no apologies and the other front desk staff next to him was complaining about a customer she had just served with him and went on about this for a while. When the manager came out to deal with our reservation which they said we did not have, she did not even acknowledge our presence or even look up at us. It was a good thing we had our paperwork from booking.com confirming our reservation. And when we tried to use the computer in the business center we couldn't log in as they had mispelled our name and again the girl at the front desk did not apologise when I told her I was unable to log in. Their service is the worst I have experienced at a hotel. The ice machine on level 9 does not work. The tv reception was extremely poor, you can watch for about 60-90 mins depending on weather before the signal drops out.

Its just close to everything.....The restaurant....unaffordable.For a buffet breakfast for $25 is I thought too much.They should think of changing their pricing..... The RESTAURANT.dialled......and being charge $2.50 to call 411, wich we dialled twice because of the uncleared voice recording at the other end of the line.......Lack of information pamplet inside the room.

I like the location of the hotel, its very near to times sq, other streets and avenues, central park, etc. The rooms are excellent, spaceous and luxurious, the staff is very nice and helpful, also the room key inspection is also good, makes the guest feel secure, fitness and pool are slso great. Its not really a complaint, but a remark and suggestion. Only thing missing in our room is a small refrigirator

Nice Hotel, extremely well located, staff friendly, room quite big. Recommended for young people who want to have fun. Very noisy, lots of young people frequenting the hotel, even sitting on the floor in the corridor eating and drinking. Looks more like a youth hostel than a hotel. Wi-fi only available at the reception, no internet in the room. Will definitely not recommend it for a family with children.

The hotel location is excellent, next to theatre Broadway area. One of the specialities was in-door swimming pool where you can get rid of your jetlag. All these hotels in this area are quite expensive.

Very good position, in the center of ny, close to broadway, Time square and most of the attraction of the city. Staff efficient, hotel clean and comfortable. Elevators (4) very fast. (We were at 21th floor). Pool pleasant but the gym and sauna a little bit old. I would recommend it. No negative problems eccept the noise in the closest roomsif the guests are not well educated. But the only night I had this problem I went to the security desk and the employed immediatly solved it.

The location was perfect. They changed my room when I requested because I was next to the ice machine. The front desk was excellent.I Love this hotel.

The location was great. The hotel lobby looks nice however, the room furniture is old and beat up. The room was clean and staff friendly. If you are looking for reasonable (NYC standards) and a good location and don't need a beautiful room, this place can work.

We paid for the room with breakfast and when we would go down for breakfast . . . everyone would cater to your every desire. Wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off but the rest of the room was wonderful.

Have stayed at The Manhattan Times Square before and it is a perfect location for visiting Broadway theatres. It has a nice swimming pool to relax in, lovely Christmas music being played at this time of year (even some carol singer in Victorian costume) and the staff are very friendly and efficient.

The bell man jack at front door was extremely welcoming and provided customer service. It was delight to pass him each time we came and went from the hotel. No wi-fi in room.
