the stuff is good and the hotel situated in a very good place in the heart of manhattan the hotel is old ad my room was small , and this hotel not like sheraton in another places , as sheraton in orlando for example , you must refresh , sorry but this is my opinion |

Great location, most Manhattan locations are reachable even by foot, safe area In other cities for the same or lower price you would get bigger and better rooms; but for Manhattan area the price is in line. |

On my last night i was given a mistaken bill of $500 which i was made to pay. the staff were very unhelpful in rectifining this. |

There pool was closed for the entire period of my stay without any prior warning. I had asked for a room with a nice view, but the view was poor. |

Location, morning paper during weekdays, friendly staff, excellent services, big room, no charge for extra bed for a child, coffee maker in the room..., not operating swimming pool was compensated with American buffet breakfast during the whole stay the swimming pool was under renovation - did not see any mentioning about that while making the reservation |

la localizacion Se ve antiguo, muebles un poco anticuados para la categoria y lo que que cuesta. La recepcion muy pequeña. La tienda muy pequeña. No hay cafeteria en el hotel. |

Pese a críticas leídas, el Hotel en habitaciones superiores está muy bien dado su precio razonable para Manhattan y su excelente ubicación. Habitación espaciosa, cómoda, buena cama y baño completo. Quien busque "servicios" de Hotel de categoría éste no los ofrece. |

nous sommes tres insatisfaits nous avons demande une chambre standard pr voir la difference avec la deluxe ils ne nous ont dit que ce n etait pas possible pour annuler ils nous ont dit la meme chose on voulait retourner au casablanca hotel qui lui etait meilleur: moins cher chambre plus grande et propore personnel accueillant et surtout petit dej inclu ds le prix et open bar!!! |
