Sheraton Music City  

Very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of space in the rooms and in the hotel itself.

Toilet was difficult to flush. Stopped up whenever the next room patrons were showering.

The hotel grounds and building were beautiful and it was really nice to have a balcony. The indoor and outdoor pool were nice and so were the fitness facilities.

The room decor was a bit out-dated and interior fit and finish (wall covering, trim, and tile) was not great.

We loved the atmosphere of this motel...it was in a beautiful setting...the price was very good...we got upgraded to a junior suite...it was the size of two rooms. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Loved to sit on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this to other people.

the location...it was a bit out of the way...but we had a car so it wasn't too much of a problem...its okay if you didn't want to stay downtown...

I liked the location and convenience.

rented pet friendly room.however was not allowed to leave dog in room unattended.caused problems for us while in nashville. we were not informed of this until we checked in.

The room was large, very clean, had a very comfortable bed, and the price was very competitive.

Free wifi in the rooms would be nice & the decor was starting to show its age. The bathroom had obviously been redone, but was on the small side compared to the size of the room. Small gripe: no conditioner provided only shampoo and soap.

Excellent bed comfort. Excellent cleanliness throughout the entire facility. Staff very courteous. Very quiet hotel even with a large capacity in attendance while we were there.

Interior design so large with poor signage can be confusing when trying to locate your room or the exit you used to park. The distance from downtown is a plus and minus.

Everything was wonderful. We have never stayed at this particular hotel before, but we will stay there again.

Enjoyed everything except the EXTRA charge for internet usage!!!!

The only thing that was disturbing was that you had to pay for internet!!!! Stayed in many upscale Hotels and use our internet constantly, but have NEVER had to pay extra for using it!!!!! Not too pleased with this policy at your Hotel!!!!

Rooms were nice and fairly spacious. Bedding and bed were very comfortable.

The room and bedding were nice. Very adequate space in the regular King room. Everything worked: TV, shower, etc. Beautiful lobby. Easy registration.

Some noise from the hallway late at night. Heating/cooling system was a bit noisy but having a thermostat was a plus.

Liked the beds.

We were on the 4th floor completely away frome the main elevator. The other elevator not going all the way down to th main floor.

Only concern is the reserve of $68 still holding on my credit card. I have spoken with staff and she assured me she has released this hold. However, it's still pending. I was never informed of this reserve upon booking the room, nor at check-in! There was some confusion upon arrival due to a power outage. With that said, excellent staff (minor hiccup) and accommodations for the money for a last minute anniversary getaway! Thank you!

Not a busy night and my room was on the farthest distance away from check-in. Literally took me 4 minutes from check in to take elevator and walk there.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a hot tub and indoor pool that was open all night.

When we arrived it was around 4pm and check in is at 3pm but our room was not ready. So they gave us complimentary drink vouchers for the bar which was a nice gesture but we didn't use them. We decided to go ahead and go eat after waiting for awhile. Around 5:15 they call and our room was ready.

Hotel staff was very friendly and kind.

Interior of room was not up to expactation, there was only white clear curtain to balcony would close but it is see through so all types of glair and lights at night and in morning sun light disturb your sleep. Looks of furniture is old and outdated. Overall verry cheap feel not one of the Sheraton feel, feel of this hotel is some what like 2 star hotels. I have stayed at hotel Preston which is near by and I got to say this I made mistake choosing Sharaton Music City. Never would return back to Sheraton in furture trips.

Good location close to business, airport, and short drive to opry mills.

Great hotel. Enjoyed staying and will stay again during travels.

I didn't like that there were no drapes on the window, just a shear curtain. We were on the back side of the hotel facing the Interstate and without drapes on the window there was much noise and too much light in the room at night. The ice machine was broken on our floor and we had to go to another floor for ice. There was no shampoo in the room, of all times for me to forget mine. However, it only took a call to the front desk to have some delivered the next morning. There was NO breakfast provided. I felt like for what we paid these should not have been issues.
