Woken up at 2:30 in the morning from other guests yelling in the hallway.
Loved the hotel and shuttle service to downtown was great! Very clean, staff very friendly.
Beds could've been more comfortable.
Upon check-in staff was incredibly friendly, check in was effortless. Lobby is very nice when you first walk in. Grounds and hotel were kept very clean. Great location - far enough away to be peaceful & quiet in the evenings, yet within very close driving distance to everything we came to visit - Grand Ole Opry, Music Row, Country Music Hall of Fame, etc..
Would have preferred a different view - our view was of a parking lot. Maid service did not remove fast food drink cups brought in the night before either day they cleaned. There were four individuals staying in our room - only given 3 towels our second day. Despite this, we would stay here again.
The room was comfortable and nice sized. Very comfortable beds. I felt like I was in my own bed.
Very close to the highway, so not a quiet, peaceful room to sleep in
large room excellent service
elevated groundflour difficult to get with luggage
This facility lives up to Sheraton's standard for quality.
The floor must have been a quarter mile around. Another set of elevators so you could take a short cut through the lobby would have been nice.
The staff was pleasant and attentive. The food was good. The pool area was nice.
We requested a king size bed but were issued a room with 2 full size beds. It was very noisy throughout the night - tough to get any sleep. We were greeted by a broken wine glass at the doorstep of our room - not what you want to see when you arrive after a long journey. While generally maintained well, it was long overdue for a refresh. Carpet worn, walls marred, dated decor... The prices for food & drink were not in line with the quality of the hotel. Very expensive.
I liked that they had a acoustic guitar that I could play during my stay.
I reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed. When I arrived they only had a room with two double beds, with a view of the air conditioners on the roof littered with cigarette butts. After discussing this with the desk they had a room with a king bed cleaned for us and moved us about a half hour later. I was then overcharged by $60.00, which is still unresolved.
the transport to down town the staff were very helpful
to busy to many children
Location was good and I got a good rate
Check in was painful, and it was noisy at night
Distance to downtown .. Online states Sheraton music city downtown Nashville
The indoor and outdoor pools were a welcome sight. They have a very friendly and professional staff. The rooms are huge and very clean. You have everything you need. We were on vacation, so we did not mind not having free WiFi/ Internet. The hotel has dining, room service, and a bar to keep you on site. There is a full fitness facility and spa area. It is located in a nice area and located close to all the local tourist spots and restaurants.
No complimentary breakfast and no free internet.

My husband and I live and work in Nashville and we wanted to just get-a-way without costing an arm and leg. Went on line and found the Sheraton Music City had a great price. We pulled up the landscaping was perfect and when we walked in we were so surprised, it was beautiful! The pool area is huge... We have stayed in 4 star hotels that were not this nice. Our room was very, very nice. We ate in the Lounge and the food was excellent along with the service. This was a perfect inexpensive get-a-way for us. Thank you.... Susan Williams
Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Perfect get-a-way.
Big rooms balcony and clean.
Comfortable beds and clean rooms
Not close to any food restaurant
The hotel was overall comfortable and clean
The room next to us had a dog that barked all night. The drapes do not close.
We wanted a quite , comfortable hotel and that described our stay in Nadhville.
I was very disappointed when we checked out a day early and were charge a fee for early departure. We weren't aware of the "incidentals" charge which was charged to our card when we checked in. No one told us at that time that we would have this charge on our card. I just think that is sneaky!
Location and staff
Bathroom sink needs to be remodeled.
Air was broken and never got fixed. When told to fix it they only offered to change the room the day we were leaving. I will not be staying here again.
I "reserved" a room but was told when I got there that she will "see" if there is a room available, as if I might not get a room. Also I asked for a king sized bed in my reservation and got two double beds. And the website said great view of the city from my balcony and I got a real "amazing" view of the roof of the building. The staff was very nice and friendly but as for my opinion on if I would refer others to stay there..... Absolutely not!!
Beautiful lobby and pool area.
Charge for everything from the bottled water to the internet. For the price of the room, it should come with at least a refridge and microwave considering you have to drive to somewhere to get food and snacks. Nothing within walking distance. Pretty hotel and grounds but I wouldn't stay there again for the price.
