Score from 101 reviews Wonderful
Liked everything. Extremely Clean, Good food, water in room, extremely comfortable beds, friendly staff, location and shuttle service
Complimentary coffee hours too short.
The courtyard was pretty.
The rooms were older than I expected and the bathroom small. The layout of the hotel floors odd. Other guests were loud at 3 am in the hall. It was not worth the money.
The location was great....very accessible with ample parking. Very pretty restaurant and courtyard.
The bathroom in our room, although clean, was run down. There were makeup stains on the wallpaper, carpet and doorframe of the bathroom. Decor of the room was dated.
Shatle to the conference wasn't provided at the level as it was promised at front desk.
Very nice hotel.
We booked 3 nights in advance. When we arrived 1 day earlier en booked an extra night we had to pay much more than the other 3 nights. I would have appreciated it that the price for the extra night would have been the same.
The location was great and the staff very friendly.
Wish they offered a refrigerator in the rooms and free WIFI
Staff hospitality, room space, cleanness, comfortable bed, lobby space and bar, shuttle to downtown Nashville, close to airport, quite and green area.
Distance from downtown (25 US$ taxi)
I liked that Sheraton Music city was not too close to honky tonk row but yet close enough to drive to.
We arrived back at our hotel at 4:00 after being out all day and the room was not made up. I called down to the front desk and said we were going to the pool and when we came back our room should be made up. We pay for a service and i thought it was ridiculous that at 4 o'clock the room was not made up.
Very comfortable and clean
My room didnt have refrigerator or microwave
Very accomidating, and the staff is top notch! We were VERY pleased we could take our pet, we could not find a hotel that would help. We never dreamed Sheraton would allow pets! They do! We have our own floor! Everything is good here, come and stay!
The Spaghetti from room service was absolutely horrible!! Everything else we ordered was fabulous! Just please, do something about that spaghetti, it was beyond horrible-especially at those prices, c'mon??? The seats in the room(at dining table and desk) are too short, broken and don't reach to proper height to use computer, or eat. Kind of ridiculous.
I depended on transportation for this vacation versus obtaining a rental car. The hotel shuttle picks you up and takes you back for your flight.
Clean, comfortable, good location, staff very friendly and accommodating
Woken up at 2:30 in the morning from other guests yelling in the hallway.
Loved the hotel and shuttle service to downtown was great! Very clean, staff very friendly.
Beds could've been more comfortable.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big, the beds are comfortable. The room service food is so good, and the room service staff is very friendly. The gym is amazing and 24 hours so very convenient. Shuttle service is very convenient and saves money from taking a cab.
There was construction going on in a room, they started working at about 6am and the very loud noise lasted all day. I barely got any rest during my stay. You have to request a fridge. I found some sort of beetle or cocroach in the bathroom. The wifi is unreasonably pricey (9$ a night when I pay 9$ a month at home for wifi at a much higher speed and quality) but I had to pay it to get my work done. Room service prices are a bit unreasonable (12$ for a turkey sandwich and fries, not counting the incredibly high room service fees and gratuity fees they add on to the bill). They allow dogs but called my room to complain about my dogs, even though they met the hotel requirements, which made me feel harassed even though I payed a lot of money for my stay. The booking staff is awful, I booked a room with a city view and a single king bed room, but was given a room on the first floor with no view at all and two twin sized beds, which made it hard to sleep next to my husband, and although I was there on business, we also were trying to finally get our honeymoon, which was spoiled by being put in the wrong room. They say they offer massage in the spa, which we were looking forward to, but the spa is never open, it is by apointment only that you have to call ahead to make and we were never able to get an apointment, it is just very unorganized. The hotel is very pricey, which is expected from a nicer hotel, but they also kind of nickel and dime you to death with extras that are free at most hotels. I just think if you pay that much money for quality service, you should get the quality you pay for. And this hotel fell far short on that.
Upon check-in staff was incredibly friendly, check in was effortless. Lobby is very nice when you first walk in. Grounds and hotel were kept very clean. Great location - far enough away to be peaceful & quiet in the evenings, yet within very close driving distance to everything we came to visit - Grand Ole Opry, Music Row, Country Music Hall of Fame, etc..
Would have preferred a different view - our view was of a parking lot. Maid service did not remove fast food drink cups brought in the night before either day they cleaned. There were four individuals staying in our room - only given 3 towels our second day. Despite this, we would stay here again.
The room was comfortable and nice sized. Very comfortable beds. I felt like I was in my own bed.
Lobby area with bar...fantastic! Starbucks coffee in the room.
Charge for WiFi - although when I mentioned this at checkout, the member of staff took it off my bill. Thanks.
Very close to the highway, so not a quiet, peaceful room to sleep in
Nice and quiet
No free Wifi. The shuttle downtown changed location and time not operated by Sheraton the hotel was not aware of the changes ended up taking a cab back
Club room was a good size. Nice bar area and terrace.
Having spent a month in the US and booked all our accommodation through Booking.com we were disappointed to find that having reserved a room for 3 there was only one bed in the room. We were not advised of this when we checked in and on requesting some help to resolve the problem the duty manager was extremely unhelpful and said she could do nothing as we had not booked direct and because the hotel was so busy she had no spare rooms or beds and the best she could offer was some extra bedding for our daughter to sleep on the floor. She implied it was our problem as we had used booking.com. Fortunately the housekeeper who brought the spare bedding to the room managed to find a spare fold away bed. The executive lounge was poor with no glasses available for drinks and the member of staff on duty was more interested in watching the television. As a supposed Starwood Preferred Guest the attitude and approach of the duty manager was disappointing and unhelpful
large room excellent service
elevated groundflour difficult to get with luggage
Our room couldn't have been farther from the elevator to the lobby.
This facility lives up to Sheraton's standard for quality.
The floor must have been a quarter mile around. Another set of elevators so you could take a short cut through the lobby would have been nice.
The jacuzzi and indoor pool are both open 24 hrs, staff was very friendly, they upgraded our room to an executive master suite free of charge because they did not have a room with 1 bed available.
Room service provided good food, but beware of the prices. We ordered a single person breakfast for $12.95, but when the receipt arrived, the total was already $19, before the $3 tip I gave the lady delivering it. Despite the fact that the new total came to $22, my card was charged $29. It took me two days to get ahold of a manager, and even then, it took them 3 days to change the amount charged. Would definitely stay here again, but I would starve before ordering their room service.
