This upscale hotel in Arlington overlooks the Washington, D.C monuments and is one mile to Arlington National Cemetery. The hotel features a state-of-the-art gym, free shuttle service and award-wining restaurant. Guest rooms at the Sheraton National are spacious and feature a large work desk, coffee maker and flat-screen cable TV. The large bathrooms include deluxe toiletries and bathrobes. An indoor pool and rooftop sun deck are available at the National Sheraton. Guests can take the shuttle to Ronald Reagan National Airport and the Pentagon City Mall Metro Station. Potomac Restaurant is open all day and offers a large menu of continental foods. Potomac Lounge, a full-service bar, provides a casual atmosphere and a variety of cocktails. Friendly/helpful staff. Great exercise facilities. Nice bar. Great food. Shuttle bus to Metro and Mall. Trying to get customers to pay for WiFi is a pretty low-brow way of earning extra income. It shows that the Sheraton prefers extra income over offering a perfect customer experience.

The bed and shower. Nowhere to park on street so forced pay parking. Forced to pay for the Internet. Had to cab to Crystal City and Alexandria because food options nearby limited and bus driver only goes to metro.

The layout was nice I didnt like at the end of the hallway is an exit and if you leave you cant get back in. The pool was closed

Location, room size, quality of the food. The wait staff in the resturant and bar are amoung the worst I've seen. Customer service isn't even on their radar. They need extensive training and supervision.

Nice staff especially bar manager Expensive wi fi. Being stuck out in a place where you depend on the hotel bus but this is common in North America where it is hard to walk anywhere. Pretty average restaurant and lack of anything local as an alternative.

Great location/views 1 room was too close to the ice machine, a bit noisey. Both rooms were in the 5 story building and had blower type heaters which wake guest each time room temperature falls and the heat begins to blow. For the price of the rooms, blowers were Too Loud.

Upon checking in our reservation could not be found but I was assured it would not be a problem and got a room with a view of Washington DC and did not have to pay for parking . I really appreciated the hospitality of the front desk and the quick manor in which they corrected the problem. The only thing I did not like was that the immediate surrounding area did not have any restaurants close by. We ate in the hotel or took the shuttle to the mall.
