I like your employees, they will be very professional and courteous at all times
I didn't like the location at all
The staff was very nice and they were willing to change the prices to all the advertised prices I saw on Booking.com, and when there was some confusion about wifi being free with the purchase of parking.
I hated that you had to pay for parking, and that I saw prices on Booking.com that were old and outdated.
I love the location
The beds were small and rooms didn't look updated
Closeness to DC
Was supposed to have king bed, received 2 doubles. Parking is at least $15 per day. Room needs a lot of updating. It is quiet though. Breakfast at restaurant is mediocre at best.
Easy access to DC. Staff is great. Ariel at front desk was awesome.
It was a very satisfactory room.
I booked this hotel at a special value rate however, after they charged $11.00 a day for internet connections and $24.00 a day for parking it was anything but a good value. It was a totally sneaky way to get their full price after all. We won't be able to trust them again. Sorry! (we have never had to pay for internet connections in a hotel, or parking)
Location, value, shuttle, restaurant, gym
Noisy - heard cars on the highway all night long
Shuttle service and easy access to Arlington cemetery
Room was a bit chilly...air came in thru window. Window lined with duct tape.
Everything was great.love the room and facility
I didn't like that I had to go back down to the front desk to have my room changed. I booked a king bed they give a room with two full beds. After joining the line at the front desk again. They told me there is no more king bed available.I ask her to called the manager because it says on my phone I booked a kingroom.she went to the back I guess speak to the manager 10 min later I had a room with a king bed. I not too happy having to go through all that to get what I paid for....
TV with Internet in the room
Children in other room making noises all night. Plus I stepped on a common pin.
The view from our room was incredible.
WI fi is not free
The free shuttle service was great! Very user friendly. The staff accommodated a room request and brought a fridge to our room with no extra charge. Had a great night sleep in the beds.
No continental breakfast. Traveling with children and no rental car till noon the next day. With the price of hotel room I feel a continental BFshould be at all hotels. The price for their BFwas expensive. The room accommodation did not have a microwave or frige so the food I brought I could not heat up for the kids. So we had to walk to the closest restauant. The bathroom had no fan and the water pressure was poor the facet leaked while the shower was on. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. My computer would not connect with there wifi. If all your needing is a place to sleep its great for the price. If you look forward to a hot BF that doesn't cost you 12$ per plate and a good shower. This is not the place. I will spend an extra 50$ For a hotel that will better suiet my family next time. The cost eating out with five people for dinner and breakfast cost to much
Nice staff,, good room,, will b back next year at this hotel
Waited for the shuttle much long !!
The shuttle service to the Metro. We used it several times each day. All drivers were courteous and pleasant. We also had a very scenic view of DC from our room.
The beds were very uncomfortable. Lumpy mattress and it was not firm. Walls between rooms are thin. We could hear our neigbors TV and every conversation in the room.
Location and $. liked it a lot.
Booking.com was absolutely not helpful when i wanted to change the date of my bookings. The hotel - where I went in person - was also completely unhelpful in trying to accommodate my request for a change of date. In total, I had to pay full price without staying at the hotel at all. Not going there anymore
Hard to get a taxi in the morning.
Not much beyond what one would expect from a Sheraton: clean, comfortable, etc.
Location impossible to walk anywhere at all, even to metro. WiFi not included in room fee and only limited use of 30 minutes in lobby, despite a Starbucks. So buy your coffee but can't really use internet unless paying extra, above room price.
Shuttle bus, free breakfast meal and staff
We did not have a fifth bed as was initially booked and when we informed reception they could do very little to help citing poor communications on the part of booking.com (typical of staff dodgers) we have booked all our 7 other hotels for 5 people and the Sheraton allowed us to book knowing full well they could not cater for us, very disappointing after travelling by plane to JFK and then driving 6hours to finally drag in late only to find no where for the fifth member of our family could only sleep on the floor!!, once we asked for bedding or something they barely gave us anything to help, not happy with the Sheraton at all
The room I requested was not available when I arrived.
very comfortable clean and close to everything. Nice bar and staff
having to pay for wifi, the price you pay for the hotel you think they would offer that for free.
Terrible confusion when checking in. Continued thoughout the weekend.
