家族4人での利用だったため、ダブルベットの部屋を予約していたが、当日キングベットの部屋しかないといわれ、追加ベットを頼んだが、持ってきたベットはひどい質の悪いベットでガッカリした。 ホテルの部屋は、外の空調器の音がうるさく防音対策をしてほしい。 |

・ハイウェイからの入り口が分かりにくかった。 ・冷蔵庫がなかった ・シャワーはホースがあるタイプでは無い為、子供を風呂に入れるのが一苦労 ・車両でロビーに乗りつけたがポーターが出てこなかった。（到着時刻ＰＭ８：３０くらい） |
