die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. schöne Lobby, nettes Personal es gibt erheblichen Renovierungsrückstand, das Bad ist nicht mehr schön, Verdunklung am Fenster ist defekt und läßt sich nicht hoch schieben, d.h. zusätzlich zu den abgetönten Schjeiben bleibt das Zimmer dunkel. |

Personal war sehr nett - Lage des Hotels ist super. Allerdings sollten die Zimmer im oberen Bereich genommen werden, da sonst sehr laut. Für New York-Verhältnisse war es gut. Die Sauberkeit war auch gegeben - allerdings sollten mal die Rollos gewischt werden. |

Die Lage des Hotels, die Möglichkeit abends Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer vorzubereiten Warteschlangen zum Frühstück, Unfreundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption; der Aufenthalt wurde vom Hotel mit 120 $ mehr verrechnet als ursprünglich bei booking.com gebucht; der eigenfehler bei verrechnung wurde nicht akzeptiert, es sei schließlich fehler der "third party" gewesen, also booking.com |

Die Lage des Hotels, unmittelbar am Times Square. Man ist direkt im Zentrum und kann viele Sehenswürdigkeit zu Fuß erreichen.2 Kinder bis 18 Jahre sind im Doppelzimmer der Eltern kostenfrei. Allerdings sind diese 2 Betten auch nur jeweils 1,40 m breit. Das Hotel ist mittlerweile sehr abgenutzt und entspricht daher zumindest für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben (variiert je nach Reisezeitraum) nicht der Leistung. Zu anderen Reisezeiträumen wird das Hotel wesentlich preiswerter angeboten wo der Preis dann auch o.k. ist. |

sehr gut gelegen, zu fuss in 5 min im centralpark, timesquare, 5th, ubahnstation neben dem hotel, viele gute restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe, wunderbar ist nicht mehr das jüngste, und das sieht man |

Close to major streets The a/c in our room was not working, so we had to move to a handicapped room, because everything else was sold out. My son left his baseball cap in the first room so we called the housekeeper she said call lost and found to get it, and they said it was not there. It was a sentimental gift and he was so sad he couldn't get it back. |

The location and proximity to the subway. The hotel is literally right next to 7th Avenue subway station and a short walk to Central Park and Times Square. The hotel was paid for by someone else but I would have expected a bit more given the high cost. I have stayed at other high-end hotels before and they were much better with a 'wow' factor - this hotel was acceptable but not exciting and you didn't feel that you were in a high-class establishment. |

Good location for shopping, tours etc. Room very small, in need of decoration. Nowhere to put clothing, ie no drawer unit at all in room. On arrival sink plug not working, electric socket in bathroom loose on wall and I feel potentially dangerous. |

very central bathroom, staff were unfriendly and not bothered about the fact we saw mice in hotel. Tv did nt work so we had to move and hair dryer did nt move |

We did make reservations for 3 rooms for 5 nights.However the frontdesk employee -after quite a while- could only find 2 rooms.After long discussion he said the hotel was overbooked (!!) and he could not do anything for us. After more of endless discussion he gave us a third room, but we had to transfer our belongings after one night for another room.So,our experience with the service was poor. |
