Location wise with reasonable price is a winner

The location and rooms are great.

The walls need better soundproofing from adjoining rooms. City views in the description doesn't mean Times Square view, this is the luck of the draw although we did stay at a busy time Easter.

When we arrived, the front desk staff was so friendly! The man who checked our bags was also very kind.

Amazing location. Easy walk to Times Square and Central Park. Subway station at the door.

Service was non-existent. At these rates I expected someone to help with our luggage - no one was there. They didn't resupply toilet paper. After two calls and nothing I asked a passing maid.

The situation was great. The breakfast buffet was good. Comfortable breds.

Too noisy room, from elevator and ice machine, despite having paid extra for the tranquillity. Poor cleaning. Found a pair of dirty sock from previous guest in a corner. Why wash all the towels every day, for an hotel trying to have an eco friendly image?

I didn't like the additional cost of fitness center even for the hotel guests. It wasn't mentioned in my booking confirmation or elsewhere that it's not for free!!! Such small detail are realy disapointing. Then wifi in the room for 15$ - this is incredible in the 21century.

Execelent Location and Room.

Staff not very attendant, but not rude, just not that helpful.

The location was excellent, Central Park 5 mins one way and Times Square 5 mins the other way. The only down side are the people who are trying to book you on city tours, but if you are polite there are no problems.

The bedding was superb along with the room. The cafe downstairs was great with great service. The location to shops and scenic areas was first class. Staff were great also and obliging.

Nothing we did not enjoy or like

2nd stay here and will be booking my son in here for a visit to NY. Probably not bother with club suite though.

Felt there could have been more variation of snacks in executive lounge in evening. we have had club suites in other hotels and found breakfast and evening food better.

The value of the room was not there for the price, room was too small to move in, Club Level totally a joke, but more than anything my reservation got messed up between the 4 phone confrence calls Booking, Sheraton and myself ... trying to correct this was and still is a nightmare

Beds are perfect !

The location to us was perfect for our short stay at the hotel. It was close to times square but not too close that is was overly crowded and noisy. A metro stop was right next to the hotel which was convenient for further sightseeing. The hotel in general was nice.

As with other NYC hotels, the rooms were small. At this hotel the bathroom was especially small where two people cannot use it at the same time.

Couldn't have picked a better location! 2mins to Times Square! We had the most beautiful view that overlooked Times Square. Staff were friendly/helpful! Rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. Would stay here again & would highly recommend to anyone.

Location Good rooms and excellent bed

Beware the exchange rate. Beware that additional tax may be excessive. Take t bags and travel kettle.... A cup of t is $6.00 !! Gym is extra !

Quiet on the 46th floor. Nice rooms. Room service really fast. Gentle service personal. I would recommend it and would stay again at the Sheraton New York Time Square Hotel.

Not enough place for the breakfast on the 44th floor. Fair but not excellent breakfast. Not all room service served glasses was clean. Poor evening apero.

the service is very bad, they want to make money, the customer is not important for them!!

It was absolutely great, nothing to complain about. we didn't want to stay on 45th floor so they found a room lower and as compensation they included the breakfast - though it was our request to change. Everyone were very nice.

well there was a fire drill one day, starting in the afternoon - only in the lobby though. Not sure why they decided to test the alarm in the rooms at 11pm after we went to bed, could have done it earlier if you ask me.
