la localisation, la vue depuis la chambre, le prix par rapport à ce qui est pratiqué à Manhattan les équipements de l'immeuble un peu vieillots, mais c'est correct |

L'emplacement , la chambre pour trois pas de lit suplémentaire ajouté alors que confirmé , pas de carte de room service alors qu'elle a été demandée ,mais jamais apportée , propreté très moyen car salle d'eau et chambre trop ancienne limite vétuste , hall de bl'hôtel en travaux pas de bar pas de cafétéria ( travaux ) donc hall très bruyant ( perceuse ect ... ° |

We liked everything aqbout our stay. We had read some unfavourable reports re size and cleanliness of room and responce of staff. These proved totally unfounded, the room was great, clean, with everything we needed and the staff were fantastic, very very helpful. We'd stay there again anytime. We especially loved the location, it was so close to everything. The standard of the hotel was excellent and it contributed to a wonderful stay in a fabulous city. Well done to the Sheraton htl and Tower. What more can I say - it could not bettered. I particularly liked the complimentary internet, which was a great benefit for me, The restaurant was good, food (breakfast) really yummy and the sports bar was a nice place to have a late night drink. We even loved the giftshop. |

Liked only the bed and television system. All other things in the room is somewhat like "ordinary" Front desk forgot to open the minibar when I arrived inside the room. No toothbrush and toothpaste in the amenity in the comfort room which is somewhat like standard to an international brand hotel, though when I request, they provided after over 20 minutes. Reported to Guest Services closed safety deposit box in the room the time I arrived the room, but until the time of check-out, safe was not repaired and in the end I wasn't able to use the entire stay. Guest Services doesn't respond on a timely basis. Had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to arrive in the room when I requested for the room to be opened when I left the card key inside the room. Used on the 1st day a bottled water in the minibar but wasn't replenished till check out. |

Upon arrival, the hôtel did not have my reservation with booking.com. We waited 30 min. for solving the issue. Upon my departure I was requested to pay the hotel even if this was prepaid with booking.com. they claimed that you propably omitted to bill me! and if there is a double charge, they will refund me. |

It was a large hotel and the service was especially the make up of the room every day. It was very busy at weekend so be prepared to wait. the rooms were clean and tidy but were looking a little tatty, tiles broken in bathroom tv controls not working minor things. |

the situation is perfect, the food was very good too, the chick in and out perfect, and the coffe excellent too the paper wall was dirty and old, it was not shower cap, the carpet smell like humidity |

Close to major streets The a/c in our room was not working, so we had to move to a handicapped room, because everything else was sold out. My son left his baseball cap in the first room so we called the housekeeper she said call lost and found to get it, and they said it was not there. It was a sentimental gift and he was so sad he couldn't get it back. |

The location and proximity to the subway. The hotel is literally right next to 7th Avenue subway station and a short walk to Central Park and Times Square. The hotel was paid for by someone else but I would have expected a bit more given the high cost. I have stayed at other high-end hotels before and they were much better with a 'wow' factor - this hotel was acceptable but not exciting and you didn't feel that you were in a high-class establishment. |

Good location for shopping, tours etc. Room very small, in need of decoration. Nowhere to put clothing, ie no drawer unit at all in room. On arrival sink plug not working, electric socket in bathroom loose on wall and I feel potentially dangerous. |
