would be nice to have fee wiFi in your room.
Room was so small
convenient location, great after late night theatre show.
Very convenient location to everything. Easy check-in. Took about 5 minutes. Room was ready at 12:00 ( 4 hours before expected ). Nice bar in the lobby area with large screen televisions and a big fireplace. Breakfast in the morning available at the bar with Starbucks coffee, fruit , pastries, etc. All in all, a wonderful experience.
They charge more for parking then what the website shows
The position is perfekt and have a good service.
To much very crauded
Even after confirming my booking a few days before they didn't have a room of the type I booked. Had to change after one night. Staff didn't seem to care. I got some credit on the room but as it was a special trip I just wanted what I had booked. Very busy hotel but it was close to Christmas.
The room was very nice and the location is excellent. It was less expensive than many other hotels in the area.
WiFi in the room is costly. It might be OK for a business expense account, but I'm not going to pay that myself.
Room wasn't ready at check in at 7.30pm, offered free dinner but would have been better to have the room and had obviously been cleaned in a rush when we got there which was disappointing, would expect better of this chain
No free wifi in the room
Really great location Comfortable / large room with really comfortable bed Fast check-in (despite what other reviews said) Amazing location - really central Helpful concierge Starbucks coffee in room
the location was perfect. There is a subway stop right next door. The room was comfortable and spacious. There were more than enough towels which is always a plus.
The double bed was way to small for two average sized adults.
Room was nice and location was good but read on..
They want to charge you for every simple thing. To store luggage there upon checking out there is a fee of $4.00 per bag - we left six bags and were shocked to be charged to get our luggage returned to us. No notice advising of this charge. We were told wifi was free - after lining up the next morning the charge was then removed from the bill. They will charge for everything and expect tips!!!! Many other hotels in this area that offer the above without addtional costs.
Got a great price on hotels . Com For new years eve.
Could have a better restaurant
Location close to shopping in times square
Garage was full upon arrival at 100. chose hotel for valet parking so this was not good. Also, had to wait in long line two times for check in. Arrived early and waited in long line to see if room was available and then had to wait in long line to check bags. Then had to wait in ling line again later to check in. THIS needs to be streamlined so guests don't have to spend so much time in ling lines. Breakfast buffet was ridiculous at $37.50!
Exquisite hotel with preeminent service and staff. Everything was great from the city view to the location of the hotel. The nice bartender downstairs also allowed me to borrow his wine glasses.
I did not receive a password login for the WiFi. Also the snacks provided are really expensive. $5.00 for a candy bar?!
Left my wallet in the hotel safe by accident-security was unbelievable -retrieving it for me and sending it right to my home - thank you Mike from security
For the price should have free Wi-Fi in the room
Excellent location and rate
Room setting While making coffee in the morning, I was looking at the coffee matching to make sure I was putting the water in the right spot, I lean forward and I hit my fore head against the edge of a shelf on top of the coffee maker. It bled for a while, but I was able to control. I reported the incident to the hotel security. Im going to have it check by my doctor, I got a scar on my fore head.
Good location. Clean. Nice staff.
This was my 2nd trip to NYC this year and at least 10th overall..first and last at the Sheraton...We arrived at 1030am on Saturday and left on Sunday at 530pm...Full hotel and 3 employees checking people in. Lonnnnggg waits for elevators. Do not let them talk you into the on site parking if you do not need your vehicle while you are there. Make them park your vehicle!!! The parking deck connected to he hotel will charge you for every minute. We have spent Sunday afternoon after check out every visit to NYC and have always been charged by ever other hotel for just the number of nights we stayed for parking. Not if you stay at the Sheraton ... $103 for one night... And $4 for each bag that the hotel held for us on Sunday while we had lunch and did some shopping after check out...another first for us in NYC. We will stay at our usual hotel from now on in NYC. I have stayed at many Sheraton properties over the years but will not give them my business again.
Nothing at all
This was the worst hotel ever. Staff was so rude! I have never experienced a staff so awful. Beds are uncomfortable, rooms are so small, bathroom is disgusting. And the hotel charged me an extra 300 dollars at the end of my stay and they couldn't even tell me what for. What a joke and what an awful place to stay. Never will I stay here again. And I suggest you keep your money and stay somewhere that's worth it. Ugh!!!!
Room was clean, beds were comfortable and room size was spacious for the city.
The SUV we drove was not accessible after we parked in the hotel's lot during our visit so that was inconvenient.
We booked a 1-night stay at the Sheraton Time Square to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very accommodating and ensured all of our special requests were met. I would look to stay here again.
The location of the hotel and luxury of the lobby
That we couldn't take our luggage to the car after checking out if we wanted to leave the car in the parking lot, and have to pay extra for the luggage to be kept. That when I paid line it said it had free parking and it did not. And the staff in the parking area were terrible; Unfriendly and slow. I waited for 30 min for somebody to come park my car, no one even came to my window I had to get out and ask and they just said to leave the car there and to get my luggage. For the parking price it was really bad service.
The location was great
Firstly the cleaning staff were rude, she wasn't very happy when we didn't put the do not disturb sign on (9am) because we slept in by accident . Secondly the extras were ridiculous. Had the pay to use the gym and had to pay to hold your bags. When ur going just for a few days I only took a few bags and with three of us we had a back pack each and two satchel bags so it cost us $36 ! ($4 per peice) when people were putting suitcases in there for the same price
