I was lucky not to pay for WiFi because I wasn't a member yet.
Next time I will need to pay for WiFi (15 USD per day!).
Beds and bedding
A very nice place to stay in except for the internet
Internet service is very bad with very weak signal in my room
Room was too small.
Friendly porters and lobby staff, friendly service staff, the smell when you walked in smelt like the perfume Issy Myaki, so nice! More healthy options are required in the bar menu
The price! That the taxes are not included in the price and there are so many of them. Therefore the breakfast in the bistro became so expensive. No shower cap
- friendly staff - comfortable beds - Wifi in public areas - amazing location close to everything
I paid for a room for 4 guests on booking.com but sheraton times square does not have a room for 4 guests. The hotel has only a room of 2 full beds that is offered for max 2 guests....there is no room enough for 4. Booking.com is charging more for 4 guests but the room for 4 guests is fhe same room for 2 guests.
Sheraton NY Time Square has an excellent location and quite easy to grab a cab. You can find the subway with one easy turning and time square is streets away. There is something wrong with my room's flush toilet but they have it repaired within hours.
I left my 2 luggage cases in the Check Room when I checked out (Actually, I will return within 3 days and stay for another 2 days), Man in reception gave me 2 luggage tags and telling me just show them to the Check Room staff so he won't charge me any fee. But when I get there, Check Room staff still charged $4 per case. That's confusing.
central location of the hotel; helpful and friendly staff
room is overpacked with furniture
We liked the location
Shower room smell
Location was great and easy access to the port.
The lobby is not as inviting, and not enough staff to accommodate and expedite check ins more efficiently.
Location Food from the Restaurant, which we have ordered to our room, was tasty (but extra 6$ to deliver to your room) Concierge-Service was very friendly and helpful!
loud rooms - it was so noisy (10th floor), that we felt like the Windows were open. All Items in the fridge are controlled by sensors and as soon as you move them (e.g. to see whats in there), they will immediately appear on your bill. Even opening the door can cause the movement of the items which can end up on your bill! You cannot use the fridge for our own items! Storing your luggage costs you 4$ per Bag.
Location, good staffs.
Price and dust everywhere.
Location Staff Room quality
We loved the location-great for visits to. Central Park, Times Square,Ground Zero, Food and Wine Festival,Caroline's on. Broadway. The beds are extremely comfortable-as are all Sheraton beds and the view from our window was straight towards Times Square!
There's nothing we didn't like!
Good location... and good iaccomadations
Concierge who didn't have any unberellas but the Bell man who did and yes , . I did return the umberella
Surly reception, delayed check-in, abysmal public facilities, no bar till 5pm and a part time Starbucks until then which was serve yourself, everything so brown, Tired room and bathroom, 3933 has no drawer unit, dusting questionable although cleaners were the only thing charming, Great Guy behind the tickets desk is the only redeeming feature.
Perfect for the Business traveler. Great location.
Breakfast was not good value for money
This hotel is clean ,friendly and homely
Excellent location; minutes from everything we wanted to do around around Times Square and the Theatre District. Clean room, though small.
We were there for a quick 2-day one night weekender, so we arrived at 9:30 am. No early check-in was allowed before 1, but a secure storage area was available (be warned: this baggage storage is $4 per bag after you check-out, not cool if youre flying out in the evening)
Perfect location, far enough away, but still in the middle of the action. Great access to subway system. Loved the hotel.
The maid service was good in particular a lady called Destiny and your club room breakfast etc and the waiter who looked after us so very well. Staff here were all very helpful. Rooms were clean and nice comfy beds with nice finishing touches like robes and smellies for bathroom
I think leaving luggage to collect need not be a service you pay for it should be complimentary. The cost for our room was 507 dollars for one night I feel it should be included
Convenient to times square.
No happy hour.
Nice people at the reception, especially Joy and Christian Kios
The booking-staff, especially Naomi Perez, was horrible! First she claimed, that something was wrong with our creditcard, then 8 months later, she used it without telling us. She refused to give us a receipt that confirmed, that we had payed all we should, and she would not confirm, that her acces to our creditcard would be deleted. She was unreliable and unprofessional - and she was head of the booking-office of the hotel! We had to spend many hours of our stay in New York to convince the hotelreception and Naomi Perez, that the booking-confirmation from Booking.com was correct even though Naomi Perez had agreed to that prior to our arrival, and to get a confirmation, that we had payed for our stay. It was a nightmare! Do not ever stay at this hotel, if you go to New York!
