I definitely didn´t like - and that was the only thing-- the extra bed , if one could call it that, suuposed to be a hybrid between an armchair and a sofa blocking the way to the window making it hard to draw the curtains and heasvy as a stone statue. No purpose. Get rid of it and put a nice, cozy armchair there instead that one can relax in.
It ´s a large hotel, but you always had feeling that you were at home. And a nice corner for our internet just where the bar is. A nice restaurant and gym and so on . If a problem suddenly struck , a staff member were there to help. I don´t even have to mention the location.
Clean and friendly great location to times sq, radio city , st pat's etc Will return .
alarm was set for 4:15 and woke me up after 3 hr of sleep
restful room wonderful view
Staff was rude. We had a younger crowd but we were very courteous to other guest in the hotel but kept getting badgered by security staff
Very convenient location. Walking distance to all trains and Times Square main attractions!
The hotel was very busy, so check in took a long time and the lobby was very crowded due to renovation work being carried out and a large section closed off. However once at the front of the queue reception staff were very professional and helpful.
We had a difficulty with one of our rooms, however the manager and reception team handled this brilliantly. We had some great restaurant advice from the concierge desk too!
Location! Location!!! Rooms are very comfy and I was checked in before the standard time. Was very happy with everything.
not that i can remember
breakfast staff competency hotel location
Thumbs up to your excellent and pleasant staffs. Made our days enjoyable.....
Location, location, location
A lot of very young people, running through the hallway at night making noice
Very friendly personnel who helped us to find a more quite room
Nothing to Dislike
Best Location ,Friendly Staff and Excellent Customer Services
No hot water on a Saturday morning.
Very close to Times Square . Clean
The lobby, room and bathroom were so bad and old. The lobby was so messy and crowded and people were setting on the floor everywhere. Basically it wasn't organized.
The staff was nice. Location is close to timesquare. But wouldnt recommend it if youre looking for something luxurious and don't trust pictures.
Booked room with City View. Only view was of a skyscraper.
Staff helpful and polite. Plenty of room throughout the hotel and good facilities. Good location.
Great price (last minute special) for what by NYC standards is a huge room at a nice hotel in a perfect spot-- convenient to theatres and direct subway connection to Penn Station next to the entrance.
Maid service really need to improve. When I came back to my room after the maid service, some of my stuff was on the floor and my clothes a mess on the coach. Please review the matress cover once in a while.
No hot water for shower Excessive yelling and fighting next room, continued after we called security
Small beds - even though we slept adult/child adult/child the beds was way to small. Why make wifi/breakfast so expensive? Put the expenses where they belong instead of hiding them in "a low cost" thing as wifi. It gives a "bad/funny" impression.
Location was ideal for us. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast buffet staff was really nice, helpful and did all they could in the name of service!
There is no refundable reservation selection
Check is was at 3 my bus girl there at 7 am. Next time please let it be known when booking. Other than checking in time my stay was great service was friendly smiles all around I can't wait to revisit
The quality of the hotel is far below what one would expect from a Sheraton. Bed, bedclothes and pillows for example are of poor quality. I've found better quality of these items in many other lower category hotels. I was very disappointed with the hotel considering the highest amount paid for daily. I expected much more from this hotel.
Location and cordiality of some persons of the staff, for example Mr. Michael of the concierge.
Upon check in Joy was extremely helpful and ultimately made my stay the best it could've been.
