Good location. Nice room. Comfortable bed.
Staff from top to bottom were very rude and unhelpful. Especially in the restaurant where they either completely ignored us or were very patronising. We arrived after 10 hour flight at 8:00am and no way could we check in before 3pm, had to change/freshen up in restrooms..absolutely no facilities to offer us!
Bathrooms little cramped
Bathrooms a little cramped, but overall 'okay'
Location was nice, nice renovation.
House keeping service was bad. Everyday we needed to call to ask for towels and shampoo.
Whilst the hotel was great for a number of things I required, I had simple needs, it did feel as though the price we paid was down to location. I cannot complain as it was a great location to get around.
The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. Nice location smack in the middle of manhattan.
No free wifi. I found a dirty sock in my room upon check-in, the cleaning hadn't been done properly. And after check-out we wanted to leave our bags at the reception because our flight wasn't until later, and they actually charged for that.
Understaffed. Old - smelly carpets and shower curtins. Access to another couples room was given in relation to a room change. I just imagine if access was give to our room!! Noisy room - you can easily hear noise from outside. In our oppinion NY Sheraton have to step up to be on Sheraton level.
Great location. Bed and pillows were amazing.
No free WiFi in the room. Noisy. Unfriendly receptionist.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel but just beware it is a very busy 1400+ room hotel but we were not disturb at night at all. We never ate at the hotel but the other facilities and room were excellent. Great for people watching. Watch the visitors from China as they can be very pushy and in your face.
Visitors from china
over all it was a very nice hotel and I was very happy with the location.
Low flow shower heads and small bathrooms
Room was great and housekeeping was always good too. Bed was comfortable!
The hotel was packed full of dance groups and massive tourist groups that made it very noisy and busy! The lobby was always packed and very frustrating to speak to the concierge as it was very busy all the time.
The Sheraton was a great choice for our trip. We had easy access to Times Square, restaurants, Broadway Theaters, shopping, bus tours. The staff were polite and helpful. The Concierge was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The beds are very comfortable which is important after a long day of walking.
When we first arrived our room was missing a shower curtain, had stained bedding and was in need of dusting. Once we notified the front desk however, it was quickly corrected. Be aware that if you have a room with two beds check if they are queen beds or doubles, since the doubles are a little small to fit two adults. That being said, the beds were very comfortable and l never had trouble sleeping.
Very good bedding.
$15/day for WiFi!
People loitering in lobby. Sales people/tour operators outside airport selling coach tours
Small rooms, uncomfortable, not enough variety for on site restaurants
The room was comfortable although bathroom a bit small. The noise proofing was very good and the blinds blocked light well so we could sleep.
Very busy foyer at all times because hotel seemed popular for families.
Nice room, very comfortable bed.
Noisy in main foyer, high volume of children milling around and children running around up and down corridors at all hours shouting. Noisy air conditioning in rooms
everything except the price
room and incidentals are overpriced
Location is awesome. Walking distance from many of the attractions in NYC. Subway station at the corner. Starbucks service at the hotel lobby.
Some of the staff member are not so kind. Long lines at the reception. When I checked in, went to my room, and there was a meeting table instead of a bed, I had to come back to the reception and they changed my room after that. In order to make things up, they gave me complimentary wifi for the all stay. Wifi costs almost $15 per day.
The hotel general conditions. And the location.
The lobby staff

Location, size of the rooms.
No free Wi-Fi in the room in this day and age is unthinkable. Reception personnel is rude and aimed at getting you "processed" as quickly as possible. Asked for a room on a higher level in advance, did get a room at the lowest level, lot of street noise. Room was next to meeting rooms, which caused quite some noise on the hallway early in the morning.
