Bra fasiliteter Rommet var et soverom med to gode senger,-men uten gode sitteplasser (en skrivebordstol og en benk). Det store skrivebordet tok den plassen de manglende stolene skulle hatt. Ellers OK |

the situation is perfect, the food was very good too, the chick in and out perfect, and the coffe excellent too the paper wall was dirty and old, it was not shower cap, the carpet smell like humidity |

Close to major streets The a/c in our room was not working, so we had to move to a handicapped room, because everything else was sold out. My son left his baseball cap in the first room so we called the housekeeper she said call lost and found to get it, and they said it was not there. It was a sentimental gift and he was so sad he couldn't get it back. |

The location and proximity to the subway. The hotel is literally right next to 7th Avenue subway station and a short walk to Central Park and Times Square. The hotel was paid for by someone else but I would have expected a bit more given the high cost. I have stayed at other high-end hotels before and they were much better with a 'wow' factor - this hotel was acceptable but not exciting and you didn't feel that you were in a high-class establishment. |

Good location for shopping, tours etc. Room very small, in need of decoration. Nowhere to put clothing, ie no drawer unit at all in room. On arrival sink plug not working, electric socket in bathroom loose on wall and I feel potentially dangerous. |

very central bathroom, staff were unfriendly and not bothered about the fact we saw mice in hotel. Tv did nt work so we had to move and hair dryer did nt move |

We did make reservations for 3 rooms for 5 nights.However the frontdesk employee -after quite a while- could only find 2 rooms.After long discussion he said the hotel was overbooked (!!) and he could not do anything for us. After more of endless discussion he gave us a third room, but we had to transfer our belongings after one night for another room.So,our experience with the service was poor. |

Ideally situated close to the heart of Manhatten, Broadway & Central Park. Couteous staff, ready to assist in our every need. Expected the room to be slightly larger than they were. |

The confort and the location The extra cost for leaving our bags adter the check out for few hours in order to get our flight later.I Have never payed this fee in any other lux or standard level hotel. |
