Very convenient for the airport. Does just what is needed for a transit hotel. It's clean and comfortable. Have rated it highly for location because of the airport. It is not in a good position for other purposes!

The hotel said it was taking the money at booking (last October) and my conformation said as much. I did not notice that they had not, so was embarrassed on checkout. The matter was badly handled by the hotel who blamed Booking.com for the hotel's error. I have checked and it is the hotel's responsibility to take the money not the booking company. This spoiled an otherwise good stay. The WiFi is VERY expensive!!!

My children and I really enjoy the swimming pool, room service and the comfort and beauty of the hotel. My granddaughter said this is nice place and I agree with her

Very nice facility; check-in girl was very helpful with information about parking there abouts; convient to Newark Liberty Airport.

Back parking lot could have better lighting; is there surveillance there for safety? I didn't notice any.

The room was spacious

The aircon was not working & very little choice of food for breakfast. Also, only 2 people are free which included my 8 yr old child

To pay pittycash for wifi is a no no. Parking should be free as well.

Very good service. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Would absolutely recommend people to stay there. Loved my stay there. The cookies that they give out before your stay are a nice touch as well.

The only thing I didn't like is that wifi was not included. As well, parking was an additional charge.

No room service after mednight. Arrived late and wanted to eat witch was not possible had to order a pizza from outside.

Very comfortable room, I liked the glass elevators and the computers in the lobby. The view isn't the greatest, but it is Newark...what are you going to do?

Our particular room (319) had cracked and loose tiles on the bathroom floor, the toilet was slow and did not flush properly, and the ice machine on our floor did not work. I could live with the ice machine issue and toilet issue, but the floor tiles surprised me. As a builder I thought it was odd that you would rent out the room in that condition. In our rush to leave the following morning I forgot to leave a message with the front desk about the issues. I do not know if there were work orders pending for that room, but with broken floor tiles the room probably shouldn't have been rented out. Someone could cut their feet up if one of those pieces worked its way loose. Overall I had a nice stay though, you have a really nice hotel

It is close to the airport and therefore convinient as a place to sleep when you only have few hours in New York. The rooms are very good value for money. It is clean, efficient and everything is super if you choose to use this place as a stopover.

It was actually pretty gross, there was blood on our bedsheets and the room wasn't what one would call clean.

My friend and I spent a miserable night at this hotel this week. The air conditioning was not working properly. So the room was like a sauna. There was noise in the hall far into the night. We heard loud talking and running from a large group of young people on our floor. When I told the front desk about all this, they offered us free breakfast, which we thought was included anyway. We sure won't be back.

We loved having a free shuttle service to and from the hotel/airport 24 hours a day. We were greeted with a warm cookie and the rooms were clean and welcoming. The closely jersey garden mall is outstanding for outlet shopping.
