Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental  

Location, after 16 hours travel, somewhere close to the International Airport suits me. Nice rooms, relaxed atmosphere.

Disappointed with the temporary bar facilities due to the renovations. I'm sure it'll be worth it when it's all finished.

I never got internet acces in the room.

Room was large & comfortable. Free shuttle to airport very good.

Choice of food and price of food. One plate of pasta + bottle of wine was $57!!! Extortion springs to mind!

Apart from the comfy bed - there was nothing to like except the convenience of being near the airport.

The staff were the most inefficient and unfriendly I have even come across.When i asked if an envelope had arrived for me they said they would check. It took three phone calls, one in which the guy on the reception hung up on me while I was talking because he said he was busy, and three trips down to reception from my room before I received the envelope. The hotel interior is dated and shabby. The rooms were comfortable but the lack of lighting made it difficult to get ready. I could not wait to check out of this hotel!

Bar and restraint was good

Limited internet most of the time and very slow, no room service one day, noise from remodelling or renervations right near my room was hammering and drilling and impossible to sleep through it, I ended up moveing to a hotel across the road.

Location to airport

Very disappointed on several issues. No heat in main lobby. It was freezing. Pool broken. No heat in hot tub. We chose this hotel specifically so that we didn't have to leave. We thought the kids could swim and adults could visit and then have dinner there. With the pool broken, kids swam 5 minutes in cold water. And the diners were all wearing winter coats. We had to leave and find a warm restaurant elsewhere. One of the rooms in our group did not have hot water and took a cold shower, and our rooms heater was broken. It was either on full blast or off. No in-between. Very disappointing for a 4 star

There was a problem with the toilet trying to fill up the tank all night long. When I complained about it the next morning. They didn't seem to care. I did not have a restful night sleep.

Convenience to airport

Swimming Pool was not available for the whole week we were there

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The wireless internet connection required constant log-ins. Very annoying especially when using Skype. This was the same across 4 different devices. Parking lot is very dark at night. More lighting required. Value for money could be better. Room was no better than you would get at an updated Holiday Inn Express.

Located near airport. Staff were cordial and friendly

Guests were rude (kept luggage carts in thier rooms after use) staff were not effective in controlling excessive noise after 9:00 pm. The shuttle driver wanted to drop us at terminal e when he was instructed to take us to terminal C. We stayed only one night.

Convenient. After 15 hours travelling a location close to the Airport was perfect. Good hotel bar & restaurant, great service, plenty of car parking space. Easy to get anywhere due to proximity of freeways I.E. Beltway 8, I 45, I59 & Hardy Toll Road.

Personell at the front desk was friendly Free internet use

- Old buiding - clear traces of wearing - I got a room equiped for disabled persons. You can not do this without any announcement - poor breakfast and old decor - 25' waiting time for shutlle bus at the airport This Hotel does not meet the Sheraton quality standards...

I enjoyed the very friendly approach of the staff at the Sheraton.

I did not like the fact that all of my Weatherford colleagues enjoyed the Weatherford corporate rate at the hotel and I did not simply because I booked online from Singapore. The fact that the full amount of my bill was deducted from my credit card before I even arrived at the hotel made it difficult for the overcharge to be reimbursed to me/my company.

Nærhet til flyplassen. Bodde der bare fordi vi hadde mistet flyet ut fra Houston.

P.g.a renovering stengte de alt vann kl 0900 om morgenen. Burde ventet med dette til kl 12 når de fleste hadde sjekket ut.

・キングサイズベッドの予約だったが、ツイン部屋に回された。 ・併設レストランが高い ・隣の部屋の音がうるさかった。

Unicamente la habitacion fue excelente.

Pesima atencion a mi llegada, lo bueno k solo estuve una noche...

空港からシャトルバスで確実に行けます。トランジェットで滞在する人がたくさんいるので心強いです。ドライ- バーもフロントスタッフもきちんと仕事をこなしている感じで、悪い印象はなく、むしろ親切です。部屋はきれ- いで広く、匂いもないです。そしてバスルームもきれいです。一番うれしかったのは、部屋にスターバックスの- コーヒーが３袋置いてあり、ソファーでリラックスできることでした。お値段もお勧めですし、ヒューストンで- のトランジェットではここ以外は泊らないと思います。

ホテルの施設の割に値段が安かったので、お得感がありました。夜中にプールに行くと、特にインサイドプール- やバスタブの水が汚れていたのは、残念だった。

O atendimento foi excelente.

Arrumação do quarto. Os produtos não eram repostos. Achei mal frequentado. No café da manhã, sentei ao lado de um trio e fiquei ouvindo uma conversa desagradável sobre a profissão da mulher (prostituta).
