The staff was friendly and it was pretty close to the airport

The hot water didnt always work and shower wouldn't come all the way on the room was also very plane for the price and every thing was very expensive not worth the money

when the phone didn't work, they sent up an engineer within minutes to replace it. when i was charged at the front desk for making a 1-800 call & explained that the call was interrupted several times because the phone was broken, they immediately took off the $2+ dollars that they charged for this (supposedly free) call. starbucks coffee in room, though i would save this kind of money & spend it elsewhere where it is most needed. nice beds & sheets. nice color on walls & effort made with artwork.

shuttle has to be specifically requested after 11pm, there was no mention of that on the website. ended up thinking we had to take a taxi, which (even though it's less than 4 miles away) was over $10.00. when we arrived, receptionist was surly. phone was broken in room, very frustrating (though they sent an engineer immediately). they charge for 1-800 calls. 2 big bottles of water in the room, yippeeee! internet connection actually works, yippeee!

The online booking said there was free wifi. Upon arrival, payment was requested (though it did not work, there was a 'server error' twice after entering personal info) -- the people at the front desk were very helpful and provided the access code.

I selected Sheraton, because it was close to the airport and within close proximity to the location that I needed to visit for business purposes.

Many hotel staff members were of a different nationality and did not understand English well, so there was a communication barrier.

I liked the fact that we didn't have to go outside of the hotel to purchase food. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Shuttle service made it easy to get to from the airport. The fact that the bar/restaurant was open later at night was a bonus. Friendly and courteous staff, even the shuttle bus drivers.

4 stelle appena sufficente

En vuelos internacionales se tardaron 45 minutos en enviar el shuttle a recogernos
