Convenient. After 15 hours travelling a location close to the Airport was perfect. Good hotel bar & restaurant, great service, plenty of car parking space. Easy to get anywhere due to proximity of freeways I.E. Beltway 8, I 45, I59 & Hardy Toll Road.

Personell at the front desk was friendly Free internet use - Old buiding - clear traces of wearing - I got a room equiped for disabled persons. You can not do this without any announcement - poor breakfast and old decor - 25' waiting time for shutlle bus at the airport This Hotel does not meet the Sheraton quality standards...

I enjoyed the very friendly approach of the staff at the Sheraton. I did not like the fact that all of my Weatherford colleagues enjoyed the Weatherford corporate rate at the hotel and I did not simply because I booked online from Singapore. The fact that the full amount of my bill was deducted from my credit card before I even arrived at the hotel made it difficult for the overcharge to be reimbursed to me/my company.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and the bed a dream to climb into and wallow around in after a long intercontinental flight. I didnt know you had to call to be picked up by the hotel shuttle so it would be helpful to be made aware of that when booking the hotel room.

Waited for shuttle for 45 minutes which followed having to make 3 phone calls for one. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Could not get heat on for night---65 degrees when awoke---result giving me very bad throat at this time. Checked in after 8:30 or would have reported.

The online booking said there was free wifi. Upon arrival, payment was requested (though it did not work, there was a 'server error' twice after entering personal info) -- the people at the front desk were very helpful and provided the access code.

The staff was friendly and it was pretty close to the airport The hot water didnt always work and shower wouldn't come all the way on the room was also very plane for the price and every thing was very expensive not worth the money

I selected Sheraton, because it was close to the airport and within close proximity to the location that I needed to visit for business purposes. Many hotel staff members were of a different nationality and did not understand English well, so there was a communication barrier.
